I used this service successfully once so I reordered. Shipping the 2nd time took 9 days from the date of order. This is an unreasonable length of time considering they charge $25 shipping.

Was a bit skeptical about its acceptance for air travel. But I was wrong and it is accepted on West jet to fly to USA from Canada. No one can go wrong on the price and the convenience. Carrying some for our return journey

My first order with this company was for six rapid antigen COVID-19 tests needed for re-entry into Canada after my frequent day trips to the United States via the land borders. Canada has specific requirements for the tests. I looked forward to the proofofentry.com approach because it would permit self testing with certification by a medical professional, thus relieving me of the need to go to a health care facility to have the test performed.

The ordering was easy and delivery of the product was fast. When I ran into several issues after receiving the test, the company replied and resolved them immediately, ultimately providing a full refund including shipping costs.

The company representative even shared with me that it is planning improvements to its processes in the near future. These improvements will make this the strongest rapid antigen product of its kind on the market for its purpose, IMHO.

If a critical measure of a business is how responsive it is to its customers, proofofentry.com is at the top. I look forward to doing business with the company in the future.

The testing kits were never delivered. I had to book other Rapid Tests at the last minute. I would not recommend this service to anyone and am requesting a refund.

the kits were shipped quickly and received in two days. when we took the tests for travel to the US, it took about 20 minutes to do the test, and the signed document was emailed to us in under an hour. great service.
one thing to remember, do NOT do the test per the paper instructions. you MUST scan the QR code and do the test through the site, otherwise the window for uploading your results will be longer than 30 minutes and the test will be void.

The virtual and easily uploaded test was easy to do. Results and the medical results certificate arrived promptly, and best of all it made returning to Canada a snap!

So simple, easy & convenient that I've ordered tests for our next trip already. I would highly recommend- although I wish they provided results on Sundays.

Ordered the test to see if we could use it to come back from Phoenix on a Westjet Flight. Had a PCR test as a back up. Test results were accepted at the check in. Way less hassle than running around for a test.

Still haven’t gotten my order, I was told to contact FedEx and they said the package may have been delivered someplace and I didn’t hear back from them. Now I just want my money back because I’m leaving Tom and I ordered kits to be picked up on my vacation instead and had to pay $60 per test.

Ordered and received in 3 days..haven't traveled yet...hopefully all will work well as I board a plane out ot Toronto to the USA

I received my shipment within a few days as advertised. Testing was simple and took 5 minutes, plus about 15 minutes to validate the results.
We had no issues with the negative result certificate to leave Sint Maarten and fly to Canada when presented to airline staff. I would recommend this product to re-enter Canada.
