If i could give them no stars I would, I purchased 4 poof of entry kits to fly back into the UK with on 03/01/2022. I immediately sent a message telling them we were flying out on the 07/01/2022 and if they couldn't meet the time schedule to cancel the order and we would just get them done at airport. They replied immediately saying they would be there by the end of the day on the 6th Jan, well that was it they never came so we flew back to the UK on the 7th. I contacted them for a refund when I got back and all they could say was that i didn't receive them in time because of DHL delivery system, and I could still use them for future travel, well no chance of that as they are in Canada at our holiday Vrbo apartment and we are back in the UK. So a warning for anyone thinking of using this company they are not at all honourable and I hope this review hurts them financially as these companies always take advantage of ordinary customers

Didn't arrive on time. Took over a week an package is still not here

Unfortunately my test was lost somehow and went to the wrong depot. It took a week to arrive and I had needed it earlier.
Fedex was extremely frustrating - there was no way to speak with anyone and I received 3 calls every morning telling me my package was ready for pick up in Alberta.Even waking me up early one morning.
Thankfully I was able to email Proofofentry and receive a couple of emails back stating that they were looking into it and apologizing for the delay I appreciated the excellent customer service as it was not Proofofentry's mistake but I wouldn't use Fedex. I will keep this test for future use, if needed Thankyou for yourcustomer service.

It was easy and came to the door fast! However I blew it, by scanning the QR code before I needed to…
Once I realized that I had blown the opportunity, I saw the warning of the package that said ‘do not scan the QR code until you are ready to take the test’. I felt the warning was not big enough!
So I had one left for my boyfriend and had to pay 6x as much (and inconvenient) for myself.
When the airline employee checked our tests, she seemed a little confused about the Proofofentry one. In my opinion she let it slide because she recognized the one I had taken.

Items arrived three days later than they said. There was no updates on the system.

Very straight forward and easy to use! Was able to use this for our US trip from Canada. Cheapest one on the market.
