They threaten the people for one delay in the payment, please do not trust this people for any kind of loan. I am a victim who fall in their trap and they threaten for the payment delay. If there any option to block them from accessing your record , please do that. There are other reliable finance partners who is much more convenient and transparent.
This people are goons, do not take loan from them.

I'm extremely disappointed with Propelled Finance. I took a loan of ₹54,000 through them to fund a course from Skill Arbitrage, which turned out to be completely useless and misleading. I’ve stopped attending the course, and I contacted Skill Arbitrage for a refund, but they refused, saying the refund window is over.

When I approached Propelled Finance to pause or cancel the loan, they simply told me that they haven’t received the money from Skill Arbitrage, and yet they continue to deduct EMIs (₹2,833 per month) from my account, along with bounce charges if it fails.

They are not holding Skill Arbitrage accountable, nor are they protecting me, the borrower, even though I’ve shared my complaints and explained the situation. I’m paying for a course I don't use, with no refund, and no action from either party.

This is unfair and exploitative. I expected Propelled to act in good faith, but they’re just deducting EMIs while I’m trapped between them and a shady education provider. I’m exploring complaints with the RBI Ombudsman and Consumer Forum.

Please be careful before signing up for any loan with Propelled Finance—especially if it’s tied to a third-party education provider.

Ok I've been doing business with this company an borrowed 3 times in tottal an always payed all loans off in full plus all interest plus payed loan out before due date now I have zero dollars to re borrow just be aware !

This hole experience has just been a let down, propell promised the world and delivered nothing.
All because I had my car broken into and my wallet stolen, which meant I had no physical copy of my ID until they are sent out to me in the mail.
Because of this, propell canceled my approved line of credit of $50,000.

this is a joke honestly they have a number you can call no one every answers it, they state my im rejected as my company is only 6 months old but i have looked on the website and social media page even the application does not state you need to be active for 12 months or longer i leave messages and no reply even there founder stated this:

"We are small business advocates. Our founding team all have close family connections to small business. Propell was designed to help the little guy / underdog succeed."

so much for helping the little guy or underdog not to mention when talking to the marketing manager I was laughed at. Good to see they are a real professional company laughing at clients who are not worthy in the eyes of them

False advertising is clearly an illegal practice and now the response I get is one of the defensive type. Your company is also in the illegal practice of when a client is approved the initial payment with every withdrawal you run a another credit assessment. Yes an investigation in your company practices needs to be done by the ACCC.

Great service and support provided by the team at Propell. The product has suited our needs and would recommend highly. We will look to utilise the services more as our business grows.

I found the process of assessment/approval very easy and took less than 5 min. The only downside is the int rate is a little high compared to traditional lending however, considering small businesses especially ones with under a year of history almost never get lending I am very happy with this product
