Tyre replacement
As soon as I contacted Protyre , they checked if the tyre I required were available . They had them in stock and said they could sort it by 2pm. When Zi dropped my car off , the staff were friendly , courteous and efficient.

Had a slow puncture they fitted me in at fairly short notice.On arrival I was dealt with straight away and within a minutes a puncture in the wall of the tyre was diagnosed so it meant a new tyre.Gave me a range of options and prices and did not try a hard sell but assured me that the cheaper tyre would be ok for my driving habits. Very polite professional and would have no hesitation in returning

Friendly service and punctual
To be fair the service was excellent. I would give them a 4.5 star due to the only problem being that I ordered 2 matching tyres to go match the existing, one one of them was a slightly different variant of the same tyre to the other new one and the fronts. Not enough difference to be concerned with, and I would strongly suspect down to their supplier not them. Otherwise very efficient, friendly greeting, knew exactly what they were doing, and was done exactly when they said it would be. However feels like it would be petty to knock them down over it as the service couldn't have been any better, so am sticking with the 5 stars.

I went to get my air con re gassed was…
I went to get my air con re gassed was told the pump was broken & was going to cost approx £1500 to replace & get it working again.
Went to another garage a few weeks later to get them to check it out & quote they advised nothing was wrong with the pump and re gassed it now all working fine.
Would not go here again tried to rip me off by quoting excessive amount to get fixed when all it needed was regassing.
Beware.

Had a burst tyre so needed it fixed…
Had a burst tyre so needed it fixed quickly as im a carer and needed to go to my next client. It was fixed within half a hour, but i didnt get a choice of tyres and was charged over £100. I wouldnt of chosen to pay that much if i was given a choice. I know they stock multiple tyres of various prices, but i DIDNT get a choice. I was also told i would receive a email of the invoice but i never received one

All fine
All fine . Good service except for the fact that the appointment was delayed (due to lack of staff) but a polite apology was given and the delay did not inconvenience me too much. Follow up check was good too.

Tyre fitting.
Had booked in for new tyres to be fitted.
I was greeted with a friendly smile , checked what I'd taken my car in for and given an approximate pick up time.
On my return my car was all ready to go.
Extremely good service, polite and welcoming. Would recommend.
