Beware of how Grant(branch manager) works at Belper branch. He redeemed my groupon voucher for air con top up and didnt even top it up, making technical excuses - especially when he reassured me he wont redeem voucher if any faults. Lies and very unprofessional service here. Avoid this place otherwise u will get ripped off like i did.

Update - still waiting for call from Area Manager if they are bothered!

2nd update - Area manager (Chris) called and as expected more bs, lies and bias towards his mate Grant. Accusing me of lieing!
Now want me go to a branch to take gas out of my car, what a plonker!
Avoid this company as it's shite.

Although there was a minor problem the team went the extra mile to rectify it.
Sometimes things do go slightly adrift but how people deal with it is very important

Team gave me great advice on tyres and made sure i got the right size. fitted them quickly and got me back on the road quickly.

An absolutely brilliant garage in Belper. They helped me out with my son’s car giving friendly advice, replacing the tyre, windscreen wipers and sorting the alignment. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you!

Really helpful at the Belper branch, went in as I need my aircon doing. Then asked about some prices on tyres and got a good deal on some premium tyres that wasn’t much more than mid range so really pleased I asked. Grant and Josh were both very helpful throughout booking it in to when I was handed the keys back! Would definitely recommend the Belper branch really friendly and helpful.

Great bunch of folks. I booked wrong day, they moved it no question after calling.
Turned up and they got to it - finished quickly even used a towel on the seat. My car is toe-in from factory and the guy didn't want to set it to 0-deg since Honda didn't so they gave me a full refund on the tracking.

Absolutely amazing I know full well other tyre places would have either ignored the setup or not done it and charged anyway.

Top marks honestly, deffo going here next time too.

Very good service. In the circumstances, with just 2 guys working, they were running slightly behind schedule, but they explained the situation and it wasn’t really a problem.

Excellent service from these guys! They were polite and friendly, options and prices were clearly explained, good communication. Place seems well managed and they seem to care about giving a good service. Pleased with tyres and fitting, also diagnosed and fixed a problem with my tracking rods, went the extra mile to do this quickly for me so I could get back to work.

Will not got anywhere else. Thanks for looking after my car and fixing the wife’s tyre pressure fault after MG service centre sent us round in circles for months. You guys are the best!

Having purchased 2 tyres for my high performance car online,after having them fitted the fitter took my car 'for a trip round the block',when I saw the car pass me as I was walking to collect car I complained and the response I got was 'we was just moving the cars around and because we are on a one way street we just took it round the block'im not at all happy with that and I've been going there for 15 years and never seen this before who find totally unacceptable and won't be using them again!.Received a reply from area manager who basically said this was acceptable by the tyre fitter,clearly this company are not concerned AVOID.

Very helpful, very knowledgeable, very friendly. Work carried out to an excellent standard. We definitely recommend Protyre at Belper to all friends and family.
