Disorganised and unprofessional
The level of service at this location has significantly deteriorated. It took three separate appointments to get my tyres fitted due to repeated ordering errors by the staff. To make matters worse, the tracking could not be completed because no qualified engineer was available. Offering a mere £3 discount for multiple cancellations and unfulfilled services is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Quickly understood our ‘emergency’…
Quickly understood our ‘emergency’ needs and sought to resolve it as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We had to return on the Monday morning for the ordered tyres to be fitted. Done quickly.
Lady on reception was excellent as were all the staff with whom we came into contact.
A shame that the BMW wheel centre logo wasn’t refitted, but excellent I was phoned to tell me it wasn’t fitted. I suspect many would just ignore it so full marks for being honest and agreeing to post it back to me.

The procedure was quick, efficient, and thorough. They found a slow puncture in another tyre and, even though it cost me more money, I was glad they sorted it. I was very impressed with the professionalism and also the friendliness of the personnel.
