Protyre Autocare - Chesham Reviews 

I had a slow puncture and went to several repair units to be told that it couldn’t be done for a couple of days. Some of the responses were bordering on being rude and not helpful when I was making my way the airport.

I then found Protyre in Chesham and what a refreshing experience. On entering the building, I noticed how clean it was and the staff were absolutely charming and welcoming.

They immediately dealt with the issue in a prompt and professional manner and I was on the road in no time at all.

I was made to feel valued as a customer and the service was first class and I would certainly recommend the depot.

The coffee was also superb.

After a very traumatic blow out miles away from home and a 6 hour wait for Greenflag to rescue me the heroes of the hour were definitely the lovely chaps at Protyre! Super friendly, efficient and kind, the cost was less than I expected too ... if they weren't so far away from home I would use them every time. 5* service

What absolutely first class service. After a pothole incident, Protyre replaced the front tyre and re-balanced the wheels on our Porsche. They also provided detailed reports on wear. Way better than any other fitters I've used in the past, so will be coming here from now on.

I like being able to purchase the tyres I want and then arranging a day and time to have them fitted.
Could not be easier.
Also v. competitive on price.
Have used them over several years, although they used to be called "Black Boots".

My appointment date and time got mixed up but Luqman was able to re-arrange and accommodate the alignment of my car wheels without fuss. Also, was able to do the necessary work without having to replace parts which ATS said had ceased and needed replacing!

The guy who helped me was more than helpful .

Brilliant service from when they first answered the phone to repairing the damaged tyre 45 minutes later. Second time I have been there in last 6 months and they are consistently excellent.

Firstly you said there was two tyres in stock only to phone as I was leaving the next morning to get them fitted. The man at the garage said he would try to find alternatives, which as I had had a blow out I needed to accept what I could. He did get some for that afternoon. However when I got home three had been fitted correctly and one was fitted with wrong rotation. This meant another trip to the garage to get it changed. I have used Black boots before and I was impressed but this time it was not the best performance.
