Took my modified car here for a 4 wheel alignment and camber adjustment after a lot of my usual local places refused to touch it, which was really frustrating.

No such issues here, Jordan in particular did a great job despite me having to bring it back a couple of times (due to issues on my part installing parts wrong!)

Genuinely nice people working here so I highly recommend them, will be back for tyres soon I'm sure

Had 2 pirelli tyres fitted and a wheel alignment afterwards, excellent customer service, funny guy on the reception desk but Unfortunately, he didn't have the moves like jagger.

Craig and his fitter (apologies, I don’t recall his name) were absolutely brilliant! During my visit for front tyre replacements, they noticed a nail or bolt in one of my rear tyres. Craig efficiently sourced suitable replacement rear tyres, which aren’t readily available, and booked me in for a return visit the following day.

While Craig arranged the replacements, the fitter took the time to explain the uneven wear on my tyres. He was very informative, showing me exactly where the wear had occurred and offering helpful insights.

Craig kept me updated and even adjusted my appointment when the tyres arrived later than expected, ensuring the work was completed promptly.

Thanks to the excellent service provided by Craig and the team, along with their competitive prices, I will be returning to Protyre Derby for all my future tyre needs.

Booked an MOT for 11am - 1145am. I was told they were running 15 minutes behind, however it was 1135 before my car moved from the parking space. It was then a further hour before my car was completed. It also states to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. I was there almost 2 hours! Whilst the chap on reception was very friendly, I found the technician who carried out the MOT was quite stand off ish/rude. I wouldn’t return here.

Always get good service from the guys at Derby branch. Handy can book online and pay then just go and get tyres fitted.

Had a slow puncture. The cause was quickly identified and repaired. The staff were very helpful and informative giving advice for the future as well as solving the immediate problem. Thank you.

My car failed MOT. I tried calling for 3 days to get a quotation for the work and book my (free) retest. But after being on hold for an hour at a time for 3 days. I had to take it to another place and pay for another MOT

Booked an MOT online using a promo code, so it was quite cheap. The service was great, with free tea and coffee in the waiting area, where you can watch the MOT process. Excellent customer service, everything was on time and flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Great service, friendly welcome in the reception and reasonably priced. I was booked in for a service but had an issue that needed resolving with the air blower. They discovered more than we thought was wrong when they investigated and they managed to resolve it. Great job!
