Incorrect tyres fitted and poor alignment
Booked in for new tyres and wheel alignment, explained steering wheel would need to be centred before alignment. Collected car and car was pulling more then when dropped off. I returned and offered a refund which after 2 weeks still hasn’t arrived. Called and left a voicemail but still no call back or refund. Incorrect tyres fitted ordered 225/45/18 but upon inspection when getting home have had 215/50/18 fitted again tried to call had to leave voicemail but no call back or refund.

New tyres
Booked new tyres online and found them to be cheaper than Blackcircles, Oponeo etc. 1st class service as always from all the staff. I had asked about the Mini brake warning light for pad wear previously and was told there was plenty of wear left and the wear light on Mini's and BMW's comes on far too soon. Very honest. Other garages would probably have said to book it in straight away!

Great experience on both occasions I have used the garage. The lads who work there are friendly polite and extremely knowledgeable. Sometimes it can be intimidating going to a garage with no knowledge about cars but this has never been the case here. The lads are always honest and take their time to explain everything. Great price booking direct. Helpful and friendly reception staff. I waited at a nearby Starbucks which is a 3 minute walk. Ideal and will be back.

Wrong millage on MOT and refused to fix it
Inputted the milage wrong on the failed MOT and corrected it on the pass MOT leaving the car with a milage discrepancy. And when I spoke to them about it they said it doesn't matter no one will check that, even though according to the DVSA if it'd within 28 days they can change it. I also got 2 very different reports in the condition of the tyres leading me to believe they clearly weren't checked the first time
