VW Passat Gold Service
VW Passat Gold Service. All OK but did flag up a glow plug fault on Cylinder 1. As they cannot replace Chris recommended Bournemouth Motorworks to fix. They have recommended before when I needed a timing belt and water pump. Been in touch with them and the car is booked in to replace all glow plugs which will hopefully cancel out the remaining static engine warning light.
Would recommend Protyre.

Rude and confrontational.
Tried calling first thing and no answer for 20/30mins. I asked why and was given a story about boss on honeymoon, and then proceeded to tell me how he has to deal with 60 customers a day?
I enquired about a service quote and when I questioned why the price was just over twice the amount other garages charge, he gave me a story about using recommended oil. I said I can’t believe that and his response was… “That’s why I am in the motoring industry, and you are not”. Disgustingly rude, and as a result list my custom. I wanted a MOT and Service, and due to the poor customer service and insults you lost my custom.
