Great service and it would have got 5* but I have still not received my invoice which was going to be sent that evening

Changed all four tyres, seem to be keeping the air in , tracking done too, it has now stopped steering to the left.very pleased

After having my tyres fixed or renewed a couple of times by Protyre Hayling, it occurred to me that I could go there for MOT and service after my usual dealership garage rebranded, then being let down badly by the dealership in Portsmouth. From booking to finish, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Everything was carefully explained, attention to detail was spot-on and there was no unnecessary hard sell (not that I was necessarily expecting this but it's the first time using Protyre for the annual service/MOT). There was no need for any nervousness around "breaking free" from the dealerships; I'm very impressed overall and intend to be returning regularly.

Huge thank you to Adam and Adam for all their hard work on my car!
I had such a nightmare taking my car to 2 different Halfords garages and 1 Setyres to get my car MOT which took 2 weeks, in which they were extremely rude, unhelpful and trying to overcharge me for different work at each garage. I called Protyre for my final plea for help and they reassured me they could get my car back, after Halfords said it would be illegal to now drive my car, they would MOT it and I was in fact getting overcharged by Halfords. They even checked the garages had actually completed the work I had already been charged for, and honestly advised me on whether I should take legal action against the garages in question.
Will be returning for all of my car work going forward and would strongly encourage others too, especially young women who often feel targeted by garages like myself - extremely friendly, helpful and create a non-intimidating environment.

Booking easy and convenient time to get the job done. Quick and efficient and professional as ever. Would not go anywhere else for tyres, MOT or servicing and they offer discounts if you have MOT with service etc so well worth the visit. Plus free Tea ans Coffee!!

Adam on Reception knows his garage and his colleagues, his assistance is invaluable.

They keep well with the appointment times and keep you informed of any issues with the car and able to give details of costs for any remedial work required before they carry out the work. All very helpful and pleasant. They have serviced my car for several years and I will keep returning
