A swift and professional approach to a major issue with my vehicle.

Protyre changed my front tyres. On a "health check", they identified that my rear brakes were worn. I had already been alerted to this and was worried that my car would fail a forthcoming MOT.
Protyre were able to change my brake pads and brake shoes in the same appointment. The car passed its MOT with no further attention needed, a few days later.

Great process and easy to book, however the staff at garage were not very informative on what they done or what they found … just wheel ailment report left on passengers seat in the car … no explanation on the report!!!

Courteous and formative staff who went out of their way to ensure the right tyres were ordered and fitted. No nonsense just good honest business.

Their garage took 120pounds to just diagnose what’s needed for my MOT to pass to later tell me. If they had said that initially , I wouldn’t even have even wasted my time
They are not mechanic and can’t fix the fault they found . I would rather pay that diagnosis fee to a mechanic who can give me solution after than some mere checks

If I could give 0 I would. My car went in for them to do a service and check a knock, it was there an hour and I was told they found the fault. £350 later and the car there all day I got told road tested and noise is still there. So misdiagnosed fault in my opinion. Was the told I would have to spend another £500 to fix it but could no confirm it would fix it. Nearly £900 later no more noise but I spent at least £350 more than needed and all they did was knock off £100 on labour. The Manager Bobby is the worst part, no people skills,arrogant and rude.

It took longer than expected as they'd never done a platinum service before.
The car was just like new to drive afterwards so no complaints about anything.

We come here every time for our tyres. Staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are good to. Bobby is always very helpful.
