Rapid service by staff obviously interested in their jobs. I Bought a pair of tyres here 9-10 months ago and was recognised immediately by staff.

Fantastic service. The lads who dealt with my air con were extremely helpful in Kettering. I visited at the end of the day when it was over 32 degrees but they were more than helpful even though they must have been sweltering. Have been super efficient before when I've gone in for tyres but today they went above and beyond. Thanks so much. Will definitely recommend and will be back. Fabulous customer service.

Attempted to fill air con but would not take due to pressure. Sent me to bee cool to have it checked. They confirmed compressor not working and slight leak. So no air con. Got a refund from pro tyre.

Started off well, took a Groupon code and rang the business to book in my regas. I left my car and went into town for an hour whilst the work was being carried out. I came back to sorry but your system compressor has gone so we cannot carry out the work. Prior to this appointment my Aircon system was working fine, so I was taken aback by the comment made by the service technician. He then went into recommending a friend of his whom conveniently owned a garage down the road and recommended I take my car there for a compressor check. I let him know my thoughts and told him I don’t understand as it was working prior to me taking my car here, I could tell I was being spun and went straight back to Groupon and was refunded my monies.

Disappointed is an understatement!

Regassed the aircon as requested. Good deal on Groupon. Completed the job quickly.

Ordered top up my aircon,it was done in one hour.I was book day before,next day in the morning was done.Very good price as well.

Fast, efficient service

Despite the site being very busy, they still went out of their way to make sure my tyre was replaced.

Would give 1 star, but short staffed so feel bad doing so. Booked in at 8ish am for wheel alignment. wheel alignment was completed until 10:30. On initial walking in, atmosphere wasn't very inviting or friendly. i think they were stressed as short staffed. alot of swearing and huffing and puffing, slamming things about in the office. i was told by the mechanic that he is not allowed to do my alignment without someone to watch him. he contacted someone form the other garage to come. The other person told him to do it anyway. When he started there was alot of shouting which was nerve wracking, i was worried there was something wrong with my car. whilst sat down, another perosn came in to say he had his wheel alignment done recently but there was an issue. this led me to go on to google and read reviews and i instantly lost all confidence in the business and the perosn working on my car. Eventually the chap had finished my alignment. On driving home, i noticed my car was still pulling right when driving and braking. i decided to book in elsewhere instead of going back and getting them to check it. I simply didnt feel comfortable or confident in their abilities. i went to these guys for an alignment back in 2021 and there sevice was fab. its really gone down hill since.

Car was booked in for new tyres. They were fitted quickly and there were no issues

Had air conditioner regas service on time just been using it most of week now not working machine printout says was all done so won’t be using them again

Having used Selecta tyres (Owned by Protyre) for over 20 years it pains me to do this.
I called this morning at 9 AM to have tyres fitted that had been ordered through black circles, but I was told they had no booking, this despite the fact that they admitted to having the tyres supplied to them for fitment. No apology was offered merely an explanation that it was my fault for ordering from black circles. They did say I could come back tomorrow but unfortunately work commitments prevent me from doing that and the only other alternative was that I go back to black circles, which I have done. The irony is that there were no cars waiting to have tyres fitted and no cars in any of the bays when I arrived. the experience has been enough to ensure that I never use them again.
