Purchased two tyres, charged almost £180. Then found out the cost should have been £140. Totally ripped off by your garage. No wonder there were no other vehicles at this depot. It used to be very busy with great staff and value for money - not any more.

Fast and efficient service for my mot thanks

Really good friendly service. I arrived with a puncture - it couldn’t be repaired so I needed a new one. Unfortunately they didn’t have the right size in - no problem! One of the guys went to one of the other branches and got the right tyre for me! Soon fitted. Brilliant customer service.

unfortunately as a long time user of protyre since it has been under new ownership or revamped, i have been unsatisfied at quotations and quality of work undertaken and decided to source a better mechanical garage
my car failed Mot on both rear springs
after it passing the year before with flying colours and done no mileage
middlewich quoted me £450 to fit new springs
i said would source a better price so i got the
job done elsewhere a lot cheaper great service and it took 2 hrs labour and i know dramas the parts are sourced from gsf at approx £100 trade price, based on that protyre were trying to charge me aprox £340 labour! as i declined there extortion and had the work done elsewhere, they then decided to wack me with a £20 re- test charge instead of honering the standard free re-test.

in another occasion earlier in the year they over charged me for an oil and filter change at there winsford garage and didn’t even turn out my oil light, unfortunately i will be saying good bye to these as well!!

prior to this i have had a car come out of there garage in middlewich after a service with the underside covers flapping underneath and ripping of hitting the road due to there chaps not completing the work correctly by fitting all the cover bolts back on.

Well run ,the yard and office plus garage area is immaculate. Nice people to.Great service all round .

All fine except that I booked online and was able to get a slot for bank holiday. When I arrived for new tyres I was informed that they do not have a delivery on bank holiday so they were unable to do the work. Left my car and work was done next day. Is this something to sort out as there are 2 more bank holidays coming up next month?

Took my car in for a service, and was contacted by the garage, to be told that the tyres and rear discs and pads were two main things that needed attention. I then started to get concerned, as I had pointed out to the garage, that the pads were only changed a year ago, which they were flustered by.
Today, i took my car, to the independent garage who does all my work, and was rung straight away telling me that there was nothing wrong with any of the discs and pads and have given me a set of accompanying photographs as evidence. They were concerned that their work which was still under guarantee, was being negatively reviewed, and a potential job was being created for no apparent reason
