Great price and fitting time
Great price, arrived on time and fitted tyre straight away. I asked for my wheel bearing to be looked at and was told to arrive 1st thing the next morning, i arrived early and was told that due to staff issues they wouldn't be able to look, not great that i took time off work but things happen. Wasn't offered an alternate date

Always welcomed with a smile and big hello. Efficient and very friendly. Car is always done within the time I’ve been given. All work is explained to
Me in layman’s terms which I understand if I don’t they explain everything thoroughly. Called as soon as the car is ready and I’m always very pleased with the fact I’m treated respectfully in what is normally very Male dominant situation. There was a lovely girl who was there this time who I chatted to that works there and she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Booked for 11:30, they started at 12:15. Tyres? More like Time-wasters.
Had a booking at 11:30am.
Waited over 45 minutes before my car was even brought inside.
There was only one technician, who spent a good chunk of that time on the phone after finishing the previous vehicle.
Receptionist gave zero updates — just a shrug and a “there’s only one person working” as if that made everything okay.
No apologies, no ETA, no sense of urgency.
Meanwhile, I was left standing around like I came in for a spa day, not a tyre fitting.
⚠️ Poor communication and complete disregard for appointment times.
Eventually they did take the car in at 12:15, but by that point, the customer service damage was already done.
If you value your time, maybe look elsewhere — unless you enjoy being ignored with a smile.

Our car needed work on following the MOT test, and they were able to get it done the same day, at what we felt was a competitive price. Will definitely keep using them.

Mot retest
Mot test car failed work done took car back and they then decided to fail the car on something completely different. If failed why was this missed first time???? They are only allowed to retest the items the car failed on within the 2 week window. Stay away from this place absolutely disgusted.

Shoddy, disorganised and slap dash work.
Kipling Motorist Centre - Milton Keynes - Team Protyre were terrible. They had no knowledge of my blackcircle booking when I arrived. They didn't even know the tyres had been delivered as their 'system wasn't linked to blackcircles". They disrupted my working day as I had planned around the appointment. They then delayed the appointment by 2 hours, rushed the fitting, and I have had tyre sensor issues ever since the shoddy work was completed. The 4 new tyres they fitted weren't even from the same batch (separate issue with blackcircles), and they couldn't even be bothered to match the 2 different batches to each axle. When i checked each tyre PSi at home every tyre was well over 10PSi underinflated, which is just dangerous. Again, a testament to their rushed poor workmanship. The service also said it would include tracking when I booked it - this was never completed, so I paid for a service I didn't receive. The tyre booking process was simple and easy via blackcircles, but everything regarding Kipling Motorist Centre was an absolute nightmare.
