I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and had a delicious hot chocolate dwhile I waited a very short while for new wipers to be fitted to my car and the screen wash refilled. Very good efficient... Toon meer

I liked that I could book an appointment, so less waiting time. Tyre changed promptly. Tracking checked and retracked. Fault with car pointed out by tracking engineer. Car is handling much better.... Toon meer

Protype gave me options
Hi went into Protyre Autocentre stourbridge. I was having a loss of air from 1 tyre intermittently.
Protype checked my tyre and repaired it in 45mins.Saving me over £100. Great customer experience

Great price on tyres. Great on customer service
Needed 2 new tyres. They price matched their competitors when I showed them some quotes I had had. Great friendly service from both their reception staff and fitters. Big shout out to their four wheel alignment expert fitter. He knows his stuff. To top it all off they have fantastic coffee and it’s free.

Told I needed new brakes and discs when I did not
Lady on front desk very patronising and cold in her customer service.
Following a tyre and brake check I
was told my tyres were cracked and perished so I had them replaced. I was also informed my brakes pads and discs required urgent replacement and that I should only drive short journeys or leave the car there to have brake pads and discs replaced. I went to another garage for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with the brake discs and the pads would need replacing in about 4 months time. I cancelled my brake repairs with protyre and am now wondering if my tyres were ok and needed replacing at all. Paying staff commission to increase sales is a dishonest way to treat customers. I will take my custom elsewhere in future as I have no confidence in what your team advice me now.
