I worked there a few years ago with a great bunch of guys, a car would turn up we go on and changed the tires or fix a puncture, we got the cars in and out, i went there saturday for a puncture repair and was told no slots available and to come back monday possibly tuesday, what an absolute joke,

Great Service
I booked online to have my 2 rear tyres replaced, and the wheels swapped with the fronts. Forty minutes later the job was done and booking online meant that I avoided queueing. Service was spot on.

Called in first thing this morning
Called in first thing this morning , Thursday , waiting for them to open ,as I wanted them to check a slow puncture , got told that they can only take bookings and the next booking that they could give me was Monday . I drove to Save On Tyres , was sorted in 30 minutes. I will never use them again .

Excellent Service
Although there was a split in one of my tyres so my car didn’t pass the MOT the staff were able to arrange for the tyre to be replaced by their colleagues at the Westcott Place branch. (They had limited availability at the Stratton branch due to renovation work being done in the reception area). They were then able to review the repair and register the MOT pass.
I have been coming to Protyres/ Bathwick Tyres in Stratton for many years and the staff are always really helpful.
