As soon as the Protyre opened its doors they booked in my car for brake changes and discs and called me within 3 hours to say the car was ready. They explained about careful driving with brakes for a few hundred miles to let them work in and the charge was reasonable.

Always a friendly welcome, always a great service. The reception area is comfortable, with clean facilities and a coffee if you want one. I have never had to wait as long as they estimate and I have not found any other garage that does such a good job at wheel alignment in the area. I have stopped comparing prices now, as even if they are not the cheapest they are worth the price extra. Having said that, I wouldn't complain if they offered deals on wheel alignment without buying tyres...

Excellent work done by the technician and the store staff. Always polite to the customers, and the ambiance itself is nice.

Great service and very pleasant peop

Last week, I visited to have two tyres replaced on my van, and I spoke with the manager, who I believe introduced himself as Steve.

he was rude, unwelcoming, and unpleasant during the whole process of getting two high-quality and expensive new tyres.

my van would not fit inside their workshop as the height. they then carried out the work on the slopped drive and this looked unsafe to the point i was worried my van would flip or someone was going to get hurt.

I was offered a coffee from the machine in a dirty cup! When I pointed this out to Steve, he merely shrugged it off as if it were my fault for selecting the unclean cup.

safe to say i will be taking my business and vans elsewhere from now on.

Excellent service, could not of been more helpful

Your premises were not tall enough for the tyres to be replaced to my vehicle under cover in bad weather. The spare tyre was not refitted as promised.
I damaged another customer's vehicle while moving my car out of the way of your company vehicles as requested - which cost me dearly. An unwelcome additional cost . A bad day.
