I found the gym in Falkirk has lots of…
I found the gym in Falkirk has lots of space , lots of choices of equipment very nice staff who are only happy to help you nothing was a problem when asking. Air quality good plus vending machines are available for healthy snacks and drinks . Loved it I’m glad I joined . Emma G was so lovely she was very happy to guide me through how to use the equipment and gave me a fantastic introduction and programme going through it with me step by step. She also changed it if I was able to do it but she motivated me and pressured me tv right out as I’m trying to build up my knee after full replacement .

Sometimes gym can be a bit busy
Sometimes gym can be a bit busy, but this was a cardio visit and had no problem accessing equipment.

Good, bad and the ugly!
This review reflects PureGym as a company, rather than a specific gym. Regarding Falkirk, the equipment is decent and the staff are friendly and helpful. No problems there. However membership prices are unfairly disproportionate, with new customers getting full year memberships for half the price at other facilities! Not a good way to treat loyal patron's👎I can't see why they can't offer the same deal to existing customers, providing they're willing to purchase another full year?

The best and easy App to use
Not like other gyms I has been trying to join. The procedure is straightforward with no hidden cost or difficulties in maneuvering through the whole process. It took me less than 5 min.
I am happy and can't wait to start.

Pure Gym Falkirk - let down by members and their phones
My joining Pure Gym in Falkirk was smooth and fast due to the assistance of Iain - who kindly talked me through the entire process. I was surprised by the quality and range of up to date machines considering the low monthly cost. Great upbeat atmosphere in gym also a surprise. Looking forward to my next session. Update: three months later I cancelled my membership due to lack of gym etiquette by majority of members who sit on machines between sets for several minutes playing on their mobiles. Layout wise and equipment wise this is a good gym but spoilt by too many selfish members (with too many phones) monopolising weight machines.

Falkirk Personal Trainer experience
I had a stroke 1 year ago and Lauren the personal trainer is helping me to build my strength. Today was my 1st appointment and it felt great to use muscles that haven’t been used since my stroke

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.

Equipment is clean and up to a high standard. Other facilities are also the same. Staff on hand are friendly and helpful too.
