I would give zero stars if I could. I bought CBD capsules from Pure Life. They had no effect, and when I opened up a couple of capsules and smelled the oil, it did not smell at all like CBD. I have used other CBD capsules, and I know the difference in smell and the calming effect. Yet, one of the employees claim that the capsules are authentic. I feel like I've been cheated and will never purchase from them again!!

I have bought from this company for a few years, the CBD in Hemp oil and the Vape. Both products really help me with perimenopausal insomnia, anxiety, chronic irritability and mood swings. I have always had updates and fast delivery

Ordered online, came quickly the oils are beautiful scents so pleased with these, make my bedroom smell lovely, will definitely buy again and had a positive experience from the online sale and the company.

UPDATED REVIEW following online confusions: it turns out that there have been problems with website gazumping. Following email exchanges with Paul Hodkinson of purelifeuk.co.uk, I can now say that all my annoyance has gone and I will be buying from them. DO NOT go to the website essicanpurelife.co.uk - it is non-functional.

I love their oils found them from ebay followed to Purelife website been a customer for 2 years ..free and fast shipping.

I contacted Purelife twice about two bottles I had of full spectrum oil that had melted the the top of pipette bottles, like acid ! It leaked all over my clothes in the bedroom draw, thick tar like substance and absolutely stank, runied some expensive t-shirts !

I contacted them twice and each time the never answered, I included photos too, but still no response !

Be very careful buying this product, what ever it is they use to extract with it's enough to melt plastic, so just imagine what it's doing to your body.

It's cheap for a reason, avoid !

You can check/scan your email inbox for the 26th of June and the 6th of July for photographic evidence that I emailed to you at sales@purelife. They maybe under a different name or email, but be rest assured it happened and they were sent and ignored by yourself at purelife !

Brilliant staff, very helpful whenever I called. I went to them having researched who provided CBD products with lots of information, they crucially provide the certificate showing independent verification of the contents and when I compared them against nearest competitor they simply allowed me to shop or become a customer if I wanted to. Their competitor hasn't stopped mailing me big glossy brochures with a picture of a nice lady (who claims to be a doctor without citing her qualifications), since I bought one thing.

I found PureLife UK a breath of fresh air after that, and in past 2+ years of using them have found them to be great, and when needing to ask anything I usually got an answer right away.

I have placed quite a few orders of the 1000mg CBD in Virgin Hemp oil. I find it to be of great quality and it does the trick with taking the edge of my anxiety and perimenopausal angst!!! I have just bought their Strawberry daiquiri CBD vape as well and that does the trick as well. Would recommend this company

Have made a couple of orders now from pure life and so far so good. When asked for ingredients list we were provided with 95% of them immediately as they had them readily available online. There were 2 oils that did not have any lists for so emailed the team and as soon as they had the info they passed it on to me. Have been very responsive and helpful in our ventures so far :)

I am blown away by the level of quality CBD used in these products. I use the isolate powder in my tea/shakes before bed, I use the gummy bears during the day and I use the oil under my tongue daily. They seriously help with my anxiety and sleep and if I haven’t used them for a couple days, I definitely notice. Can’t live without CBD now and definitely better than anti depressants!

As a company Shayley office manager is just 100% customer focus sends samples and really looks after me amd even takes ownership if the Royal Mail damages packages etc. I’ve never had to get into any deflection from her

So please use this company if you want successful products and great customer service.

I was very anxious about trying there CBD as I have purchased many over the years from different companies and had no joy. Once I tried purelifeuk CBD and WOW i will never use another company again, the staff are very helpful and have alot of knowledge and advice that has helped me so much!!!

I have been a customer of pure life for a couple of years, I've always had a good experience with them and there customer service is excellent.

Read their labels properly for accurate cbd content ! They have bottles of oil labelled at 1000mg raw extract so at first you’d assume that one 10ml bottle would contain 1000mg of cbd but upon inspection it only contains 200mg of cbd , after speaking to Paul who admitted their website wasn’t clear about there cbd content and said the website would be updated for clearer content in the future . I can’t help but feel if I checked this website in a year it would be exactly the same ! They know people are buying oil for the cbd content so it shouldn’t be labelled at 1000mg in bold across the site and 200mg cbd in tiny letters on bottle label purposely misleading I feel !

I ordered them approximately 2 weeks ago and when they arrived, I was surprised that they were not sealed and were loose in the tub. This resulted in the bears sticking together. Upon checking be label i also noticed that the gelatin used was halal.

The website states that the product comes in a sealed clear bag and does not mention that he gelatin is halal. If I had known this, I would not have ordered. I am extremely disappointed and felt it is false advertising. I will not be using the company again and will be urging others to do the same.
