Awful food. Worst food ever.
Box changed ,as have ingredients.
It now smells vile and cats won't touch

I can not warn people enough who are buying this new recipe whiskas in jelly .. I have had the exact same problem when Purina changed the ingredients in Felix as good as it looks . To this day since the change over I have lost 3 cats another is now diabetic 4 others have really bad smelly poops and most now have illnesses of various things including blood in their poop and asthma .. after doing extensive research I found out that within a year of Felix change over .. over 32000 cat owners hit Facebook most had lost a cat or their cat was dying or sick since the change... Apparently Purina had an investigation done on the ingredients but they got away with it because the investigation was " internal" they did their own investigation how convenient!!!

My cats absolutely hate the new whiskas it's bad enough that they have changed them to 85 gram bags and most wouldn't touch the new style Felix ( this speaks volumes if they all of a sudden can't stand the stuff ) but I am now transitioning my cats onto the cheaper food even tho at this point I don't trust any brand ... People may think I'm paranoid but fact is fact .. because while they have already killed over 80 million people and injured over 1.1 billion with the COVID jab, the world economic forum made a small statement that many did not see .. he stated that " we can't have pets running a mock if their owners are dead" this blew my mind ... PURINA and WHISKAS can no longer be trusted .. I know that thousands of owners including dog owners are losing their beloved family member because these companies have been paid millions into their pockets to wipe out our pets

I am quite sure that whoever reads my review will realise they are having the exact same problem with their pets . Illness that comes on out of the blue in a once very very healthy pet .. lethargy, weepy eyes, smelly poop, diarrhea, blood in poop, coughing asthma, allergies including allergy to fleas seem as the flea treatments are useless now too . I could go on and on but they killed my cats and have caused me to have a 700 pound vets bill .. furious doesn't cover how I feel

Why oh why have they made the meat sizes dog bite sized? I have to often cut up the meat especially as one of my cats almost choked to death .. I am absolutely furious at all these changes and heartbroken to what they have done to my cats .... Why did they stop selling Felix sensations? My cats absolutely loved them . From what I read thousands of cat owners had the same experience then all of a sudden they were gone???! I have noticed more so in the last 3 years how they have been taking away products our pets enjoy and food we enjoy replacing them with whatever it is they claim to be food ... I am fully aware that they were planning on adding insects to our ingredients and apparently they don't even have to declare this on the packaging .. the sad part is that millions of us could complain about the quality and damage it's causing our pets but these big companies simply do not care and haven't done for a long time ... It's about the money they were paid to push these products and therefore it didn't matter to them if the sales rate dropped

Simple fact is they want our pets dead and anyone who wants to challenge me on this feel free to do so because the evidence I have is overwhelming .... But one thing is clear ... When a huge company agree to only an internal investigation everyone should be on their guard ...

I recommend you check out the Facebook pages regarding whiskas and Felix and see the overwhelming emotions from thousands who have suffered loss since whiskas and Purina changed the ingredients ... My cats absolutely hate these foods now and it's with good reason ... Meanwhile I've had to watch my cats get sicker and sicker and then die and that is why I have been changing brands and to why I am warning you all now ... Those who are jab injured or lost someone to the jab and it's just brushed under the table as conspiracy .. you know exactly where I am coming from .. we can't even boycott these companies because like I said. .. they have been paid off as was the NHS police and government etc . We are in a silent genocide so please take your beloved pets off whiskas and all Purina brands

my cats after eating purina ona and felixa and gourmet got food allergy the vet confirmed that it is because of eating felixa and purina and gourmet purina ona it poisons my pets and then they are seriously sick.

I cancelled my subscription in January after the price going up for the second month in a row with no notification before they took my money. I cancelled on the 22nd, then on he 22nd of feb i was informed that subscription had already been released and if i no longer wanted the product to return it once it arrived. Although i wasnt happy about this as i cancelled well within a reasonable time i accepted it. THEN in march another payment came out! so i've had to email yet again to cancel the subscription i now cancelled 3 months ago!

In response to Margaret Michaels comment, my cat has also being turning its nose up at the new batch numbers. He is on the gourmet perle country medley and its the chicken one in particular. If he does eat it, he will be sick at least 3 times within a half hour. The consistency also appears drier to the previous batch numbers.

This used to be my cats favourite food. Not any more - waste of money. Will not be buying Felix ever again.

Has the formula changed? Cat will not eat the newer batch numbers. Down to three pouches of the older batch number. Dont like wasting money in this economic climate. Have the batch numbers if that helps

We have stopped buying Felix doubly delicious from mid of 2021 as cats refused to eat it. It used to be my cat’s absolute favourite. Started buying Felix naturally delicious,but not sure if was doing them any good as seem to have bit stomach problems… hence only 3 stars as something that was potentially making them unwell…

On the positive side, Purina one is their new favourite. Hopefully nothing will change in these ones…
Fortiflora from Purina is also absolutely amazing!

The food itself is excellent for my dog, he loves it and his digestion and skin have been excellent - with hypoallergenic salmon dog food for robust dogs.

The review is about the online shop. Bought a subscription and two months in a row its not delivered. Phoned up to cancel and am told it has been out of stock. Not had a single email or anything from them to say as much. The hilarious thing is while on hold they are selling subscriptions on the basis its easier than buying in the shop.

I agree with the people who say their deliveries don't get delivered. Have contacted Purina and Evri but just get an automated response back.

I have to say that from the moment my dog food arrived my pooch was chomping at the bit to taste all the yummy goodness that purina pro plan has to offer. I am very impressed with all the added benefits that this pet food provides. Normally my pooch loves a mixture of wet and dry food and can be fussy with what is offered, but i found that when i offered just a bowl of purina on its own there was no hesitation and by the cheecky little grin i got i would say it was yummy. I can now feel happy and relaxed knowing that i am providing my pooch with all the vitamins and minerals one requires on a daily basis to keep them healthy and happy. The kittens also tried to get in on the act they hovered just waiting for a taste. Its fantastic and the size of the bag was pretty amazing too.

I have bought naturally delicious for £5 a box of 12 sachets I was disappointed to find only 80g in sachet instead the usual 100g so after eating my cat was still hungry. Its not good value for money so I won't buy it again. I like my cat to be satisfied.

First order and not delivered as they are using a delivery company that don’t deliver. Will be using someone else in future

My cat's usual food is out of stock so over a couple of weeks I switched him over to Felix. Both doubly delicious and tasty shreds. I thought I was doing the right thing as they seem to have a relatively high meat content.
After a couple of weeks once I had fully switched over my cat became very sick. He started to not finish his food - this never happens. One morning, he initially refused to eat his breakfast which is very unlike him. He was sick that day after finishing the food. He wouldn't eat anymore wet food or any biscuits (different brand). He was very lethargic and not like himself. He didn't venture outside even to go to the toilet and showed no interest even in our food. We decided to wait 24 hours before calling the vet. We bought some different food to try and he wouldn't touch it. Later that day, he was sick again.
The vet couldn't find anything obviously wrong but gave him an anti-sickness injection and prescribed a plain food diet. £200 vets bill.
The only change has been the Felix food. It wasn't just the sickness, he just wasn't himself. I am not willing to feed him anymore of the food I bought, it's just not worth it. Especially, given all the reviews I have read since.
Also noticed that he had bad wind on the food and his urine and poo smelt very strong.

I have 6 cats and am usually am very satisfied with your product but today when I opened one of your pouches of doubly delicious one of the pouches was very swollen and wen I opened it , it stank!! It was obvious it was rotten!! Not wanting to take a chance with the rest I binned the while lot! Won't be buying your food again.

Stop buying this toxic crap...its killing cats! Look on the Facebook group "cats recently affected by felix"

Also look at how nestle (which owns purina) has been buying out lots of veterinary practices. Now ask yourself why? It looks like the government are on to them but you can't trust these bloody tories either.

Don't risk it, stop buying this rubbish.

My cats have been eating doubly delicious for 10 years, now they wont touch it with a barge pole and I am left trying to source an alternative. I know Felix say they have not changed the products or the flavour but the cats can tell something is different. Its been getting worse and worse over the last year since the boxes and packaging changed and now they have stopped altogether.

Would give this a minus score if I could. Ordered on Black Friday with their 20% off deal. Took £33 out of my bank account, then after a week they cancelled my order with no warning! I contacted customer service as to why and was told they don’t have the stock! So why take customers money if you don’t have the stock?? I told them I don’t drive and unable to order from elsewhere as they hadn’t refunded my money. I looked on their website and saw they had alternative items so I asked them to send me those ASAP as I’ve only got 2 days supply of cat food left, I have 3 cats, their response was that they couldn’t as the refund was processing and advised me to reorder. How can I re order when you’ve got my money still??? Customer service is absolutely shocking, they do not care one single bit! They shouldn’t offer deals if they can’t fulfil the orders. Now I’m stuck as can’t get any more food for the cats until my money has been refunded.
AWFUL COMPANY…. AVOID!!!

Box full of underweight sachets of cat food. Customer Service is abysmal.
I would advise anyone to weigh each sachet, as I was completely ripped off.
Would not recommend to anyone.
