I am a 30y/o woman who had a breast reduction by Marc Pacifico in October 2024 and couldn't be happier with the result. It was my first surgery of any kind and I was understandably quite scared about going ahead with the procedure. Not only is Marc highly skilled and knowledgable, but also incredibly compassionate and honest with me about any concerns and questions I had. He ensured that my expectations were realistic and that I had considered all of the pros and cons of the procedure before going ahead.
On the day of the surgery, I felt safely looked after and reassured not only by Marc but also by the anaesthetist, multiple nurses, and other Purity Bridge staff. Pre and post surgery, the nurses at Purity Bridge were very helpful and friendly, and were happy for me to get in touch post-surgery and pop into the clinic whenever I had a concern, no matter how minor.
I'm incredibly happy with the result of my surgery, having had a moderate-significant reduction. Marc was keen to work with me to determine my ideal size and shape, wanting to understand my reasons for getting the surgery, though always with a sensible reminder that the outcome of breast surgery can't always be exactly precise. I now feel so much more at home in my body and I know that I will be grateful to have gone through with this procedure for the rest of my life!
I would recommend Marc Pacifico and Purity Bridge to anyone looking to undergo a similar procedure. Their level of care was excellent and Marc was compassionate, pragmatic, and highly skilled. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience.

I decided to have surgery after weight loss. Marc Pacifico has been phenomenal. He’s answered all my many questions expertly, always putting my mind at rest, ensuring I understood everything and allowed me time to think.
We discussed options and what was best for my body, what would give the best result long term.

On surgery day, the team were incredible. The nurses were the most genuine and considerate people I’d ever met. They made sure I was comfortable, safe and gave plenty of reassurance throughout and practical tips about how to cope at home. I knew they were only a call when I was released.

And yes the first day was a shock. I had three procedures in one, including a tummy tuck and masterplexy. But even from day 2 I could move better. Every day there was progress and I can honestly say it was all very manageable. Every day I got out, got some fresh air. Absolutely no issues healing, it seemed a breeze.

And now. I look in the mirror and those issues I hated about my body for so long just aren’t there. I can’t believe the difference. It all looks natural. No regrets, just wish I’d done it sooner!
I’m so happy I had this done in the UK. Close to home. Plenty of pre op and post op appointments. It completely removed the anxiety for me knowing everything was close by. Can’t thank Mr Pacifico and his team enough.

From my first consultation with Mr Pacifico I was put at ease and felt very comfortable. He has a friendly, warm nature which is so important during each meeting and one the day of the procedure. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming and attentive, including the receptionists, anaesthetists the nurses and the MLD practitioner.

I felt very looked after on the day of my operation and during my after care, I even got a call from Marc on the evening of the operation and from a nurse in the days following. My pain was managed well so there was little discomfort and after a week at home I felt ok and was well on my way to feeling back to normal.

Marc is highly professional and my results are outstanding - I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Its been around 10 months since my procedure and my results look so natural and my confidence has massively improved. I just wish I'd done it years ago!

Choosing the right surgeon for facial cosmetic surgery is daunting. Marc Pacifico was recommended by a friend but even so I spent months researching plastic surgeons online and also had an in person consultation with another surgeon for comparison (which both Marc and the other surgeon were aware of). I am 70 years old and opted for a deep plane neck and face lift.

Right from the first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was listened to carefully and the procedure options, possible complications and realistic expectations were clearly explained. I was also given info to take home and videos to watch. On the day of the op the hospital care was exemplary and I felt very supported by every member of the team involved in the post-op follow-ups. I especially recommend Claire and her wonderful lymphatic massage treatments.

I am so pleased that I chose Marc and the team at Purity Bridge for the procedure. I’m now seven weeks post op and healing has gone well with no complications. I am in awe of the surgical skills involved and delighted with the results. Best of all it looks so natural that the only comments I get are how well I look 😉

I made the huge decision of having the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedure, as no matter how hard I tried with exercise and diet, I could not shift that remainder, whilst very worthwhile, baby bulge !!
Having used Marc for a lower blepharoplasty procedure several years prior, and related cosmetic treatments, he was always going to be my first port of call.
As I am writing an honest review, I am not afraid to add that I also enquired with a couple of highly rated surgeons based in Turkey. During my initial consultations with Marc, I did discuss this with him. Like many others, the price difference was an attractive feature which was my only reason for considering treatment abroad.
I discussed the pros and cons of treatment in both countries with Marc. But I must add that at no point did I feel pressurised by Marc at all when it came to making my final decision. And to be honest, I think this was a huge factor in deciding what I felt was really best for me. Based on all of the advice that I received from both sides, I decided to wait a little longer until it was financially viable for me to have the procedure carried out by Marc in the UK.
From the start until now, I cannot fault the procedure itself, and am delighted with the results that I have seen so far. The in-depth consultations leading up to the day of the operation totally put my mind at rest and any questions I had were answered without making me feel like I was a pain !! Enabling me to enter the on-site operating theatre actually quite excited (if thats possible lol).
Once I was awake, I was looked after by my own personal nurse who stayed with me until I was discharged later that day.
Every member of the team ensured that I was looked after to an exceptional level.
I'm not going to lie, whilst it was explained in detail, nothing can prepare you for the recovery period that you face after. It is pretty extreme and all I can say is, I am SO glad that I was able to do this in my own home. The thought now of having to have dealt with that anywhere other than home is actually quite petrifying knowing what I know now !! And actually flying following the procedure....not even worth thinking about in my own personal opinion.
The pre-care, aftercare and lymphatic massage treatments that I received, were second to none. But most of all, knowing that I had 24 hour private healthcare treatment available to me was the deal breaker in making my decision. Knowing that I was just a phone call away from receiving the best aftercare treatment following this massive procedure, was worth every extra pound I spent by staying in the UK.
Thank you to Marc and his wonderful team for making my experience as positive and as successful as it was. I have no regrets whatsoever and would highly recommend Marc and the Purity Bridge team.

Wow - I am totally thrilled with the new me!
I can honestly say that my tummy looks better now than it did 32 years ago before I had my children.
From the first consultation with Marc Pacifico I knew that he was the plastic surgeon for me. Marc has a lovely manner which made me feel at ease, he listened to what I wanted and then offered realistic expectations. Marc and everyone at Purity Bridge and the Nuffield were fabulous, I felt fully informed and supported through the whole process.
Marc is fabulously skilled and the results of my abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction has given me a great shape. I have gone from a size 14 waist to a size 10, my lower back pain has completely disappeared as has my SUI when coughing and sneezing. After 30 years of trying to hide my tummy I feel totally liberated.

I visited Mark following a recommendation from a friend, I was experiencing multiple problems with my existing implants and was extremely concerned. Mark was very clear in his explanation of the surgery and truthful about the possible outcome, leaving me fully aware of the possible post surgery outcomes. I was made completely aware of all risks, and really understood the complexity of the surgery, Mark had clearly researched my problems leaving me extremely comfortable with the proposed operation. It has been a hugely positive experience. Mr Pacifico is an outstanding surgeon.

I felt very well prepared and informed before my surgery. Despite, or perhaps because of, being a doctor myself, I was mildly apprehensive before arriving for the actual surgery, but the level of professionalism and care shown by Mr Pacifico and his team completely allayed any trepidation on my part. The aftercare and follow up have also been impeccable. I feel I could have contacted the team at any point with any concerns (I did not need to do so however).

The entire Purity Bridge team were fantastic. The clinical nurse specialists are highly professional, lovely and a great resource. The receptionist and the support and secretarial staff are all very personable and helpful.
Claire the MLD practioner was fantastic; she is so reassuring and knowledgeable. In my opinion her MLD treatment is essential, rather than an optional extra.

Mr Pacifico is a truly gifted surgeon, however this expression might downplay the sheer amount of work, time and effort (and I imagine personal sacrifice), it must have taken over so many years to reach his level of brilliance. The results of my surgery are so utterly fantastic, it is like wizardry.

For anyone wondering about going ahead with plastic surgery, my only regret is that I took so long to make the decision. It has been so much easier than anticipated and the rewards have been so personally rewarding. I made this decision solely for myself and I have been surprised just how positive the change has been to me in many aspects, not just the sole physical aspect related to the area of surgery.

I underwent the complex surgery, breast augmentation with mastoplasty and brachioplasty, (which was actually three procedures) in one operation. I have no regrets about this aspect either, however it should be noted a little more recovery time was needed compared to just one procedure.

For anyone thinking about using Mr Pacifico in particular, I honestly cannot recommend him enough.
