This was the second time I used purple travel, the customer service was excellent . I spoke to Caroline who helped me book the right holiday that was within my budget . She stayed on the phone with me for nearly two hours , I probably drove her insane but she remained professional and helpful . I would certainly recommend purple travel to others , they provide excellent service .

Booked 2 holidays for this year and looking at next year zoe is amazing and never fail to find what your looking for very highly recommend purple travel

I have used Zoe to help with my holidays for a while now. She listens carefully to what’s important to me each time and is always enthusiastic about finding the perfect holiday. She genuinely cares and always follows up calls/emails to check everything is ok. On top of that she’s a lovely human being. Highly recommended.

My travel agent Zoe who helped me find the best deal and matched the deals i found online with the confidence of back up cover incase anything unfortunate happened.
All information was clear and useful.
Would recommend as family have been using them many years.
Only thing i couldn’t enjoy about the trip was the lack of professionalism from Turkish officials especially being a British citizen and being targeted as if you are a criminal.
Definitely wont be going back to antalya
But I’m sure purple travel has many alternative holiday packages.

Great experience booking with Purple Travel Stavros has made the whole experience excellent so far as we are a big group and has stayed very patient with us, he gave us a great deal now we are all just waiting to go and enjoy the holiday, definitely recommend Purple Travel, big shout out to Stavros a credit to the company.

Zoe is an amazing person we have booked with her 2019 and the holiday was lovely we have had a few rubbish years our daughter got Leukemia so now in remission and she wants a family holiday so i went back to zoe who helped us before she even managed to get our holiday cheap too

I've dealt with Charlotte before and would definitely say she's an absolute pleasure to deal with.
My only gripe which is not purple travels fault is paying £800 more this year for the same holiday as last year.
