Hello, I have the same complaint. I ordered a bench, paid for it that day (Jan 3) and zero communication back. I did note they somehow billed be in three installments and it was more than the purchase price.

I will be taking this to the BBB, I hope the rest of you all do the same. This is another case of an online scam, I only wish I'd read this first.

I did take it to PayPal who claims it isn't in violation. How? That I can't explain-

I ordered the product since January 4 now its February 5 and still I didnt received my order. Whats wrong with you guys!!!

Horrible. Ordered 2 months ago, and still nothing and no communication back. Why do companies like this exist? Please go Get a real job instead of taking other people’s money

Spent the money & waited for shipping only to get the wrong product. When I emailed to get the situation fixed, wouldn’t even reply. Not worth it & crappy service.

I am mad i order my note 10+ case ten days ago and never got an email saying it was shipped out like my confirmation email sad i've emailed them 3 times and called once and it went start to vocie mail i would never recommend anyone to use this website in my life now im out of money that i could have used and bought it off of Amazon or something!

i ordered S10 phone case and it's been over a month since i have ordered it but i still haven't received it yet. i try to email them but they are not answering back to me and the tracking number is not even accurate. so disappointed.

I order this December 29th and still haven't getting a tracking number or any up dates and its Jan 14th. I wish I could just cancel my order and get my money back so I can go else where.

I cannot write a review, because the submission has not been completed. I'm still waiting for the product and it takes a long time to update the shipping schedule.

Just got this monster case.
Quality product.

I ordered right after Christmas and I'm still waiting!!!!!! Then tracking is almost impossible because there are never any updates. This sucks and I will not use this company again.

I still haven't received my order and no status of where it is.

I ordered note 10 plus cover but it is actually note 10, the cover in ads looks solid and really protective cover , but today i just received my cover, it looks like a normal plastic cover and it can be bought probably 10 times cheaper with aliexpress. So dissapointed. Lesson learnt, whatever ads you see in facebook is not true.

It's taking a couple of weeks for my phone case to get delivered to my house. I am still wanting for it and the tracking on the phone case is not accurate at all.

I did recieve my case but the wireless ear phones that was promise did not come with it,is why I ordered it I love the case.. ..but because of the front cover you have to press hard when trying to open up something on my phone.but other then that I like the case for my Galaxy Note 10+ .thanks can you please send the wireless ear phones will appreciate it..

I have no way of tracking to know if my order shipped or when to expect it to arrive. I hope this isn’t a scam.

horrible customer service, has not responded, order arrive 3 weeks late and not working
