Scammers!! I have to report fraud with this company just to get my money back. Don’t trust this company you will regret.

Send money by etransfter, then keep asking me for clear pictures, never get my refund back after almost 3 months. Say bye-bye to your money if you use this scam company

this company is confusing their client , they let client proceed in sending money & etrans the payment without letting them know they need id for verification purposes, my ids just renewed recently but because of pandemic mailing of physical id take longer , I choose this company because my friend told me they dont need id, then when I signed up then proceed in sending money, after they accepted the payment, they said I need to make selfies with my government issued id with my billing receipt which I did but more 24 hrs now still my transaction still pending my dad still not receive the money. you call the hotline they always say same thing we will call you back or wait for 24 hrs. when is the 24hrs ends?and they don't call you back, emails same thing. this company is stressing me , two nights I don't have enough sleep.please Im begging to this company send my money to my father as soon as possible. they needs it. I I know at first

I have used this service for many year. I'm very disappointed to see how they just don't care about their clients. I tried to reach customer support many time and the phone call never get answered. I've left messaged and they never try to call me back. When I use the website and try to pay using interact transfer, it always gets blocked by intereact (they must think Qicsend is a scam site). When I try to do a EFT transfer directly from my bank account using the app, it always gives me an error something like incorrect amount. I'm so tired of using this company and I hope I'm able to find another one soon. This company has the potential to be great if they could just fix their customer service.

Don’t send money with this company. Can’t contact customer services not even replying to Emails.
Their etransfer payment is a messed up.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They customer service is horrible and can never be reached. Don't use this company they are completely not customer friendly. Find another Remittance company until they can start dealing with customers better.

I have used qicsend in 2019 and im happy with my experience. But recently last tuesday January 5,2021. I send a money, they have requested my id and selfie and a utility bill for verification purpose. Which i complied. But its almost 1 week now and i have not recieve the confirmation yet and the money was not recieved yet by the recipient. Im quite worried now. I tried calling their support team on saturday and they said that within 24hrs the money will be transferred, but it is monday now and i have not heard anything from them.

I send money to my family backhome.its been 3 days and its still not available for pickup! this is insane!

Awesome app. Sent money to the UK to my daughter. She received it straight away. So much easier than a bank and straight from my phone.
