Southern Manufacturing & Electronics Show 2019
Quadrant2Design's procedures from initial enquiry through to stand acceptance & sign off at the show produce an easy & seamless experience for the client in what can otherwise be quite a time consuming complicated process. All of this is aided by friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff, on this occasion Project Manager May and James for Graphic Design. A rare occasion when a company truly deserves a full five star rating, keep up the good work all at Quadrant2Design.

Quadrant did everything on time and to a high quality
Rattikan was our project manager and I can’t rate her any higher. She was extremely helpful and always on hand with any questions I had. She responded quickly and dealt with things so efficiently. I also met James and Lucy onsite and again they were really helpful and really nice to deal with. Everything to do with the stand was professionally handled

I couldn’t thank your team enough for…
I couldn’t thank your team enough for the assistance with helping me create a stand. My project manager May was absolutely amazing and I can’t thank her enough for her advice and time over the last couple of months. Saskia’s press release was very well received by our company and dealer ship and she was very patient while I was gathering information for her. The team that built the stand were very welcoming and polite. Jordan our graphic designer created exactly what we envisioned which was great to see.
The stand itself was very well received by everyone at the show and people had said that ‘it showed a brand new side to Merlo’ and ‘showed a corporate style of Merlo that had never been seen before’, which was great to hear after all of the hard work that had been put into it.
The only problem that we did have was not down to any of staff at Quadrant but the material of stand, as it wasn’t a very sturdy material, as people who didn’t know what the stand was made of kept leaning against it causing it to come apart, but as I express again it was nothing down to your company, Merlo should have thought more about that, seen as we would be taking it to a show with farmers with grubby hands and the tendency to lean on things while talking to our Sales Managers.
I hope this is ok feedback? All in all we are very pleased with the money that we have invested in the stand and the time that we invested with Quadrant.

Very disappointing overall
My experience of Q2D support and quality of stand was extremely unsatisfactory.
DO NOT SELF BUILD! These stands are extremely flimsy and require a perfectly flat floor! None of this is mentioned by Q2D.
Stand looked a mess with dents in panels caused by the floor not being flat and square. I spent the whole exhibition petrified that someone would touch or lean against the stand and knock it over!
Not heard from Q2D since getting back in Nov 18. Pretty shocking I think.
Will not be using the stand again £6k down the drain!

Our exhibition stands are built in the Prestige Events System. This solution has been
used by ‘self-builders’ since its inception in 1979. Since that time, hundreds of
thousands of Prestige stands have been self-built across the world. We have been
providing the solution since 2003; we have built thousands of exhibition stands, and
we have supplied similar numbers to self-build clients, all without incident. Your
exhibition stand, like all of of our stands, was pre-built in our premises before delivery,
and our experienced stand-fitters experienced no stability issues with the design.
Since your experience and the return of the stand, we again conducted a build in our
premises (which we filmed) and could find no issues with quality, stability or the exhibition
stand itself.

Prestige system stand for Farnborough Airshow
Our experience with Quadrant was great throughout the whole project. Nothing was too much trouble for the team who worked on our exhibition stand. All my questions and concerns were answered promptly and they kept me up to date with the progress of our project all the time. And the exhibition stand looked great! I can highly recommend Quadrant.

Very easy to work with and cost…
Very easy to work with and cost effective for companies looking to do multiple events. Presented pricing options clearly and good communication throughout. On the day the delivery team were on time, delivered according to expectation and removed the effort for a company like ours that doesn't have a dedicated event organiser.

Brilliant service!
A great service provided by Quadrant2Design. All the staff are very helpful and always available to contact. A special mention to Chloe, May, Hannah and Anna who were all amazing throughout our stand completion. Also would like to thank Carlos for training me for the self assemble which went very well. The stand has received great compliments thanks to the brilliant design.
