Excellent company. We got a quote from the sales man Conrad who called to see us. He took measurements and gave us a price. He didn’t push us. He left and let us have a think about it. We had had a quote very similar to his but to have the whole worktop replaced. Which would have meant we would have been without our sink and hob for at least two weeks. We had a surveyor call about a week after we accepted the quote. He was a lovely young man and explained everything to us. About a week before the tops were due to arrive we got a call to say the tops would arrive on the Thursday before for fitting on the following Tuesday. Everything arrived as stated. We also got a free sink which was a bonus. Nickolai came at the time stated. He was so good, very clean and hard working. Our worktops were fitted in a morning. The gas engineer came the same day disconnected the hob, waited til Nickolai had fitted the top and then connected it all again. Everything was clean and tidy. Nickolai did a fabulous job. We love our kitchen worktops. It was so quick and easy.

Simply the best out there. We have used this company a few times and never had an issue.

We spent £15k on a Denim Blue Supermatt kitchen from Joe’s Doors – and from the very start, it was shady. The salesman could not show us a real sample, door, or even a genuine photo of this finish. All he sent was an AI-generated image – and later, I found he’d turned on 7-day disappearing messages so we couldn’t keep proof!

Within 48 hours of fitting – disaster.
Every splash of water leaves water stains: on doors, drawers, unit sides, and kick boards. Even mopping the floor splashes kickboards and leaves ugly marks. When I raised this with Claire at Joe’s Doors, she promised to speak to a manager – but despite chasing her for 10 days, total silence.

I was forced to escalate to their sister company, Quartzize. At first, they flat-out denied any fault, claiming “that’s just how Supermatt works – you have to wipe it quickly.” Excuse me? A kitchen that stains permanently from water splashes is not fit for purpose – kitchens get wet!

Eventually they sent a surveyor – he admitted on site it was defective. He tested it live: splashed water, let it dry, and confirmed the stain remained clearly visible. He submitted his report… then 14 days of silence.

When they finally replied? Zero mention of the surveyor’s findings at all. They simply washed their hands of responsibility, repeating the same lie: “Supermatt stains – that’s normal.”

Worse still? Censorship.
I posted my honest experience on Facebook – and Joe’s Doors / Quartzize immediately disabled comments and deleted my review. They want to silence anyone who tells the truth.

They hounded us relentlessly for full payment BEFORE installation, but the second there’s a problem? They ignore you, lie, and cover their tracks. This isn’t a professional company – it’s a shabby, back-street operation you cannot trust.

Do yourself a huge favour: GO ELSEWHERE. Save your money, your sanity, and your beautiful new kitchen. You have been warned

The after‑sales service has been absolutely shocking, particularly from Meg. When the kitchen was first installed, everything looked fine at a glance and we genuinely thought we were in the clear. But once we started looking a little closer, it became obvious that several of the doors had nicks, marks and imperfections that should never have passed any kind of quality check.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of care from the Meg when raising these issues. For the amount of money spent, you expect problems to be dealt with professionally — not brushed off or met with attitude. The whole experience has left us feeling massively let down.

I was initially worried after reading recent reviews on here being quite poor. I’m glad I didn’t judge my experience based upon those reviews! As I highly recommend Quartzize.

There was a mix up with my fitting date, it was meant to be yesterday but Ricky from the customer services team was so apologetic and reassured me we would have a fitter today, I was doubtful seeing as it is a Saturday on a Bank Holiday weekend!

Ashley arrived on time this morning, not only was he a lovely honest friendly chap but he was such a perfectionist and took his time fitting our worktops and splash back! Along with fitting the new sink and tap and wall sockets. Caz fitted our new hob, again a really lovely honest friendly gasman. Ashley didn’t stop from 830am to 8pm! He went avice and beyond especially as he did it all on his own! We are so pleased with the results, our kitchen is beautiful! We love it! Quality service! Thank you Ashley, Top man!

The after sales service is very substandard; it took a lot of effort to speak to them and now having had the worktops installed, there is an issue with the new tap that was installed by their fitter.
Having called and raised the issue twice, the after sales manager is refusing to get this sorted ! She has repeatedly told us that it is not there problem ! We need to call out plumber to resolve the issue.

Engaged via Joes Doors. Whilst the initial sales person visit and quote process went well we got to an agreed price and were happy with price and installation date. However from the surveyor coming to do the accurate measure up it started to go wrong. Surveyors hadn’t gotten the details correct and therefore on the first day of install parts were missing so after two days work our kitchen could not be completed. It then took a couple of months to get missing items replaced, some of those missed at survey stage and some which were incorrectly installed and needed to be replaced. Second lots of fitters found mistakes the first had made resulting in further items to be ordered which nearly 6 months since our original fitting date we are still waiting for parts and a final install date. The pay later arrangement has also started from the original install date despite it clearly stating it did not start until works complete which ours are not. So it’s possible at this stage we will have paid for our kitchen on a pay 12 months later arrangement despite it not being complete by time we have paid it off. We have found the overall process and service very very disappointing and in our opinion when it comes to rectifying problems the service is very slow and needs an overhaul. We have needed to constantly chase as feedback and updates don’t happen regularly even after formal complaint. In our opinion it’s always how an organisation deals with issues/problems that defines a good service as much as sales and supply. In our experience this has been very dissatisfying and frustrating so far. From our experience and opinion we would not recommend to our friends.

Please be aware that this is NOT a professional company.They make out that your kitchen will look modern,but the stress you will have dealing with them is just not worth it.
You spend thousands hoping for a quality product,but you will just get very bad workmanship.
There is no customer service, you will speak to Meg Perris who will just shout or raise her voice if she does not agree with what you are trying to put across in terms of your concerns.
I have had 4 visits from 3 different surveyors that measured my kitchen with a laser , despite this the wrong measurements were taken, the quartz was cut incorrectly, and the fitter was told to do his best to make it fit. The fitter has attended my home on 3 separate occasions. The sink that was initially fitted was too small. Basically the worktops are still not fitted correctly and there are gaps, so I told them it's got to be right due to the cost. They are now saying the worktops need to be completely taken out and re-measured by a surveyor with a laser again. This means more time off work is needed as a fitting team needs to remove them, and cut them correctly, they will need to be reinstalled. But they said they will not be responsible for damage to walls and tiles. I have said the kitchen tiles and any damage to the wall must be made good, so they said the only thing they will do is try and match broken tiles.
They offered £500 if I keep what I have, we do not have any confidence in them for what they have put us through so I agreed. However they have advised that they will only pay back £100 as they said I didnt pay for fitting. I have paid for all the work tops and the fitting hasnt been completed so I should not have to pay this and I should recieve the full £500. I would not recommend this company.

There is a huge problem with kitchen installations carried out by this company (and its sister company Joe's Doors) that you won't be told about. If you ever need a replacement door they will not supply one, and because they will often be custom made odd sizes, you won't even be able to buy a similar door the same size. Regardless of the quality of the fitment, this alone is a reason to avoid Quartzize / Joe's Doors. It's like buying a car from a company that won't supply spare parts.

The company also trade as Joe's doors. There is a big disconnect between the sales team who will quickly take your money and the communication with contractors. Multiple times they don't tell to when delivery for parts will happen and they send incorrect parts when they are received. It's been going on 3 months. The kitchen counters look lovely but it has been extremely stressful in getting the supplies delivered. I'm still waiting for some fittings to be corrected. If things go wrong it is a nightmare to get hold of anyone. Also complaining doesn't resolve anything. Contractors Jason and Ben are great but they have very little control over the company and often left calling for ages to get told they will call you back when they don't and told things will arrive when they won't. To the point when you have contractors at your property without panels to fit. Don't use this company. It's appalling service.

Have just had our kitchen updated with doors and Quartz counter tops and replacement sink, Adam and Billy the fitters went above and beyond with making sure everything fitted correctly including fitting the cooker and oven. It has totally transformed our kitchen and we are 100% happy with it.

Steve the fitter did a first class job of fitting our quarrz overlays and splashbacks.
A new sink and gas hob was also included in the installation.
However, quartzise(joes doors) arranged to have the sink and hob delivered on the same day as the installation. It didnt arrive untill 3.30pm delaying the fitter.
It also meant that the gas hob couldnt be connected until the next day.
The hob is faulty and one of the hobs wont ignite.
I contacted quartzise and they didnt want to know.
They stated that it was our responsibility.
Overall the customer service of this company is very poor but they charge top dollar for their products.
They charged £250 for the hob which I have since discovered only costs £134.99 when i registered it for the warranty.

I ordered a number of quartz placemats across two orders. The company were friendly, helpful. efficient. The products are fab - I love them!

Paid nearly £3,000 for quartz overlay worktops after being told they were very strong, hard-wearing, could handle hot pans, and ideal for rental properties.
They looked great when fitted, and the contractors did a really good job. The company was also quick to respond when I got in touch.
However, within 2 weeks the worktop chipped. While I accept I must have caused it, the impact was so minor I didn’t even realise when or how it happened, which says a lot about the durability.
I was then offered just £25 off a repair, which felt pretty insulting given the cost.
So not a completely bad experience, but these worktops are definitely not as hard-wearing as advertised. Worth knowing before making such an expensive investment. My old laminate worktops lasted 20 years without a mark these didn’t last two weeks.

On noticing a crack in the worktop that has an appeared on the last 4 years. Quarzize are not going to replace or repair the cracked worktop without a charge of £150. The after sale service is very poor. I spent over £4000 to replace the worktops and would have expected more from the company.
I will not be recommending the company to any of my family and friends.

Do not use this firm!
Last year, quartzize fitted my worktops. The fitter had all his equipment outside at the front of my house. He (Chris) asked where he could get some lunch. When I looked outside and saw how much equipment was there I asked if he wanted me to go for him as it was only round the corner. I wish I hadn't asked him that question, as, at the end of the day he did NOT repay me what I had paid out for his lunch and also when I paid him for the work he had done that day he never gave me any change. I contacted quartzize and they said the matter was between me and the fitter! I have read the reviews on this firm and seen that there have been many problems with the fitters. quartzize, to get out of having any problems with their customers, just say that "The fitters do not work for us and they work for themselves so it is not our problem. They are not interested what "their" fitters do, they do what they want.
If you do have worktops fitted by quartzize, be careful. All they are interested in is how much money they can get out of you. I did complain to them, but nothing has been done. They are totally UNINTERESTED. They do not care & actually side with the thieving staff they employ. I would NOT recommend quartzize to anyone and if I had known what they were like in the first place, I would have stayed well away. They make me sick. Absolutely disgusting firm.

Anthony O'Connor was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail about the process of having new worktops and splash backs fitted.

Carwyn Hill was the fitter who was sent to fit the new worktops. He arrived on time as arranged and started immediately.
He was most polite from start to finish.
His standard of work was top notch and nothing too much trouble. No mess no problems.
I would employ him anytime to repeat for anyone.
