This was by far the right choice I made. I wanted to replace my worktops but with as little hassle as possible. The survey and installation service was very professional. I had a few minor issues after the survey but Anita was very professional and efficient in addressing everything. Keith was my installer, he did an amazing job, worked very efficiently and left the place immaculate tidying as he went. Completely happy with the service received and would definately recommend if you want to freshen up an old tired kitchen.

Just had our quartz workshops done. Dai and Kam fitted the workshops. They were amazing I would highly recommend Quartzize Quick tops to anyone.

I had my kitchen worktops replaced and I’m over the moon! The quality and care in the workmanship by Gary is excellent. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly, helpful and professional. There was no ‘hard-sell’ from Rachael, the sales-person, just helpful suggestions and advice.
I had one small issue after the work was carried out (nothing to do with the actual worktops) and this was quickly rectified by Megan who was so friendly, professional and understanding of the problem.
I can honestly say I’m delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to everyone I dealt with for an excellent job!

The whole experience of selecting our new worktop together with the professional manner that the sale, survey and fitting were undertaken is a credit to the company. Mel took us through the whole process from enquiry to aftercare back up. Kamil and Ken went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the fitted worktop.
Can’t fault anything and would recommend without hesitation.

There guarantee of 6 years is not worth the paper it’s written on.
We had our kitchen worktops fitted around 3 years ago, in December of last year we found 2 cracks appearing.
I rang Quartzize Worktops Ltd and spoke to someone, her initial response was that they don’t crack we must of dropped something heavy on them.
Now 5 months on and having 3 so called technicians come to our property and lots of emails/photos sent to them I’ve got nowhere and cracks are getting longer.
Not good after sales service are all.

Owe my days use another company. Two worktops wrong, quality standard very poor, they take your money upfront and then customer complaints and follow up is non existent. We have a manufacturing fault in the middle of our block replacement work top, they missed it in the factory, they missed when fitting, they cannot fix it, without smashing it off (their customer service teams words not mine).and wreck the block top underneath … I have been dealing with customer service for three weeks and no satisfactory resolution… by phone and in writing… silence…no accountability and no customer concern, feeling very disappointed and ripped off. I’m not one to use trust pilot and complain as I like to sort it out with the company concerned, but this lot have no time for the customer.. if we ignore you, you will go away…three weeks on and still waiting for a response, there are many other firms out there… do not put your self thru the pain… so I post and the reply I get is we are unaware of your complaint, I have sent a full timeline e of event again on Friday 30 May 2025 and followed up immediately on 2 June… still no aligned resolution..

The fitters: Mr Steve Henning and his assistant did an excellent job.They started and finished on schedule, and were very courteous

The products supplied are good and reasonably priced. However I was initially disappointed with the worktop that was supplied, because I had based my expectations on the sample I was shown which turned to be not quite the same design as the final product as it was only a section of it. Anyway,I got to like the full design after a few days.
I would certainly recommend this company and Joe’s doors that they work in collaboration with.
Nevertheless, the company should ensure that samples shown are fully representative of final products.

The experience from quarzine from start to finish was great the fitter Cameron was very good he covered everything up where he was working and completed a very brilliant job then when finished he cleared all the dust and rubbish up was totally professional in every way would certainly recomend him also the next day they came.and removed all rubbish finally a lady called Anita Mansel called two days after to check all was OK as I said from start to finish highly professional in every way would recomend Joe's doors!!
In my opinion they all deserved 10 out of 10 well.done

From my initial enquiry they were prompt and responsive.Luke,the sales guy was very helpful,delightful to liase with and didn't try to over sell or force anything on us.Phil, surveyor, arrived within 2 days to measure up and our work would have been done within 3 weeks had we not been going on holiday.
They came immediately we got back.Karl
and Sam were great did a very thorough job.The whole thing taking less time than we expected.
I would highly recommend quartsize,everyone was great to deal with.Mel,in the office kept me fully informed either by phone or email.
We opted for waste collection and
the guys arrived bang on time leaving the site clean and tidy.
The overall quote was more expensive than some we got but again I would highly recommend the quality of their operation.

The sales lady was very helpful and precise with information on the product and what the next stages would be to final fitting. The surveyor was brilliant and obviously knew his job. Nicola, the fitter, arrived on time,he was very polite and professional in every way. His fitting is perfect and he advised on looking after the product. Mel from head office was most helpful and kept me up to speed all the way along the whole process. She was extremely polite and was always available to talk to. All in all I have nothing but praise for everyone from start to finish. SUPERB.

Stay well clear of this company very poor customer service takes your money then not interested in complaints refuse to accept responsibility for damages to sink and flooding of the kitchen and bathroom then leave you to pay fitter which wasn't in the contract or mentioned cowboy outfit..

Everything was done quickly from the beginning of contacting the office. Surveyor was very thorough & professional. The fitters Wayne & Rhys - excellent work & extra helpful. All looks spectacular.

A seamless process from quote to fitting. All staff were polite and professional. They made sure we knew what was going to happen every step of the way. Dates were set and kept to. Very happy with our new looking kitchen. We would gladly recommend Quartzize.

From start to finish Quartzize were very helpful, speedy
and friendly, especially Rhian who is on the other end
of the phone and Cuen who actually came a day early
to fit the worktops. Cuen was excellent, friendly and
knew exactly what he was doing, it only took about 4
hours. Great that the rubbish was collected a day
later. Rhian telephoned me a week after installation to see if I was happy with the work. I am really pleased with the worktops and with the help and information given t me by Rhian and Cuen

Friendly and helpful office staff, salesman, surveyor and fitter.
Keith the fitter was excellent. He was careful and highly competent. I am very pleased with the result of his work.

I would have given 5 stars, except for the following:
- I was advised just prior to the fitter coming (not by the fitter) that the job would take 1 day. In fact it took 2 1/2 days.
- in spite of specifying at the outset that quartz panels would be needed on cupboards as well as worktops, the panels were missed and not delivered on the first day.
