R6 Stone Ltd Reviews

Can’t recommend highly enough.

The worktops supplied and fitted by Rebecca and Reli are simply stunning.

Rebecca is super patient and super diligent and found us exactly what we were looking for. Reli is a real craftsman, and the end product is amazing.

Their aftercare is also superb. From start to finish, they’re a pleasure to work with.

I cannot understand how R6Stone has so many 5-star reviews because my experience was the complete opposite.

We hired them to carry out what should have been relatively straightforward work at our home, yet almost nothing was completed properly. The carpentry was uneven, the finish was poor, and even the plumbing was done incorrectly leaving it leaking. The quality of workmanship was so bad that I had no choice but to hire a competent professional to come in and rectify their mistakes.

When I raised my concerns with R6Stone, instead of taking responsibility for the poor workmanship, they wanted even more money. After paying over **£800** for work that was not completed to an acceptable standard, I then had to spend an additional **£350** to have their mistakes corrected by someone else, plus another **£120** just to have the building waste they left behind removed because they refused to come back and collect it.

To make matters worse, after I provided evidence of the costs I had incurred to rectify their work and requested reimbursement, they refused.

The whole experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I expected to pay for a professional service, not to pay twice for the same job. The fact that I had to bring in a third party to fix basic carpentry and plumbing issues speaks for itself.

I am genuinely shocked, disappointed, and disgusted by the way this job was handled from start to finish. Between the poor workmanship, the refusal to put things right, the extra costs I incurred, and the mess they left behind, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using R6Stone to think very carefully before doing so.

Recommended to us and glad we went with them. Rebecca and Reli were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, their customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them. Their knowledge and advice was excellent and very happy with the worktop and splashback, looks fantastic in our kitchen.
Would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to others

This is a family-run business that truly understands the meaning of professionalism and customer care. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and the results are no less than perfect.
Rebecca is likely the first person you’ll meet, and she remains your primary point of contact throughout. She is incredible—knowledgeable, experienced, and remarkably patient and supportive. She acts as a true partner in the project, solving problems effortlessly and using her deep connections in the industry to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Reli handled our templating. He is highly accurate and skilled, asking all the right questions during the site visit to ensure that the final fit is flawless.
Our worktop and splashback were installed by Eljo and Irgi. Our installation was actually their second on the day, but you would never have known it. They arrived with incredible energy and strength. Like the rest of the family, they were lovely, thoughtful, and maintained the highest professional standards until the job was done.
Beyond the stone itself, R6 Stone offered full transparency with their fair pricing. I was also able to purchase a Quooker tap and a Blanco sink through them at an excellent cost, making them a great one-stop shop for my kitchen essentials.
R6 Stone is an incredible business that combines high-end skill with a personal, family touch and a genuine, pleasant attitude.
The final result in my kitchen is stunning.
Highly recommended!

Rebecca and Reli were an exceptional team. From start to finish Rebecca was patient and professional talking through all the different stones even though I changed my mind so many times! Reli was also very patient during templating when I couldn’t decide on the join and he talked through all options with no pressure. The entire process was incredibly smooth and the masons were friendly and professional on the day of instillation. Would highly recommend.

Lovely people to deal with. Great and vast selection of stone to choose from with great advice for what works. Templating and fitting service was also great with all questions answered.

Worktop measured on Monday and fitted today (Friday). Fantastic service from the whole team at R6. It looks brilliant!! Rebecca and Reli are both so friendly and knowledgable; and very reasonably priced for such a great service. Thank you.

Exceptional service from start to finish from Rebecca and Reli. An amazing collection of countertop samples available to view. Rebecca has links to many company websites to review possibilities and lots of contacts to set up visits to view whole slabs if needed. Highly recommend.

From our very first enquiry to the final installation, R6 were truly exceptional. They guided us patiently through the process, offering expert advice on finishes, and ensuring we always felt informed and supported. Once the contract was agreed, their communication throughout installation was outstanding — clear, timely, and reassuring.
Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful; nothing was ever too much trouble. Even when we changed our minds multiple times about dates and work required, R6 handled everything with kindness and understanding.
We couldn’t be happier with the final result. The worktops look absolutely beautiful, and we feel confident knowing we made the right choice. We fully recommend R6 wholeheartedly.

Really helpful and well informed, big selection of products and great quality fitting. Very pleased with our worktop. Good and fast communication

I contacted R6 stone Ltd about a year ago as I was extremely unhappy with the worktop I’d had fitted by Mayfair granite
Rebecca was very helpful and suggested her husband Reli should visit us, which he did.
Reli was very helpful and kindly wrote us a letter stating his findings and views
Sadly this didn’t help, so recently, we decided to have a new top fitted and we couldn’t be happier
Rebecca was always very helpful, informative and patient when we were asking for different options and samples. She responded promptly without fail and kept us up-to date throughout
Reli fitted the worktop last week and did a fantastic job. He even offered to deliver the old worktop to anyone who wanted to buy it !
I could not recommend R6 highly enough. Both Rebecca and Reli go above and beyond 10/10 on all fronts

I contacted this company and they got back to me quickly. They like to quote from photos so that they make one visit and do the repair the same day. They are experienced and professional.
The work was excellent and we are so pleased with the result. We’ve been looking for this type of company for yrs and are so happy to have found them. I’ve already recommended them to two friends.

From meeting Rebecca she just filled us with confidence her range of knowledge of her products was phenomenal her passion and pride of her business was truly clear to see the way she explained how the quartz’s works as a piece of stone what to do and what not to do just flowed so effortlessly. Offered us so much choice and alternatives.
Reli was also very knowledgeable, gave lots of advice and suggestions while templating, spoke with the builders and electrician before starting work. Nothing was to much trouble for him from taking off cupboards doors to packing up the island top.
Rebecca and Reli are a great team and offer a great personal service.

Due to a modification that I was making in the kitchen, I needed a piece of quartz to match my existing surface. Other companies wouldn’t take on this ‘part’ project. So glad I found R6 stone. Rebecca was patient, helpful and understanding, as the other part of my project didn’t go smoothly. When it came to fitting the quartz, Reli did a superb job. His attention to detail on the final fit and finish was impeccable. They were a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending R6

Brilliant experience! Dekton was installed after lengthy discussions with Rebecca who was truly brilliant (and patient) in discussing all the options with me for weeks before! Husband Remi didn't let the side down when it came to installation! He masterfully installed it. Beautiful job. 100% recommend. They even came out to Kent to help me too. I am happy to show pics or discuss if anyone is unsure.

We can’t recommend R6 Stone Ltd enough - they were so helpful when choosing our stone and when it came to installing. Rebecca was excellent and replied to all our questions while Reli installed it all beautifully!

Rebecca and Reli are the dream team, I am absolutely delighted with my worktop and backsplash!! Speedy templating and fitting, high quality and well priced. They were so friendly throughout the whole process, I was quite nervous as it was my first time buying a kitchen. I could not recommend them more!!! I have already recommended them to everyone I know and would definitely use them again. Thank you so so much!!

Remarkable customer service - all too rare these days! Prompt replies. Good price match. Even fitted on a bank Holiday to get the job done. A lovely business which deserves support.

We asked R6 Stone to install new marble kitchen spashbacks to match our Arabascato marble dining table. After an extensive search of their suppliers they found a perfect match and following an efficient and seamless process of measuring up and installation we are delighted with the result which has transformed our kitchen. Many thanks to Rebecca and Reli for their expertise and excellent service.

Rebecca and Reli have done a super job with our kitchen worktop! Rebecca supported us with advice during the choice of the stone, with ideas regarding edge profiles and has been super responsive throughout the entire process! Reli, her life and business partner, did a fantastic job with the accurate measurments and installation of the worktop.
Overall, I highly recommend them!
