I have an A2 unit. For the price you expect it to run smoothly. There is always a problem with the replacement filter. First there was rattling and more recently the filters reek of plastic when you change to a new one as they off gas. If you google the problem, it is not unique to the filters I received. I have an Alen unit that does not have any of these issues. And Alen stands behind their product.

Top-notch and very responsive customer service - I ordered two sets of replacement filter parts this summer for an older model of one of their their air purifiers from Amazon but they did not appear on my porch when expected. Amazon said to contact RabbitAir for further assistance.

After contacting RabbitAir they sent a detailed report of the delivery, turns out the delivery service had left the package at my back door (first time I've had a package delivered there in over 40 years living here). Received 3 emails from RabbitAir over the few days it took trying to figure it out.

Their reps responded quickly, were helpful, and also understanding after I figured out the replacements I ordered had actually arrived.

My interaction with RabbitAir was definitely a positive one.

Kaoutar F the representative we dealt with was so helpful when we explained we had a scratch on the outside cover of our air purifier and sent us another one gratis. Not only is their product excellent but their customer service believes in taking care of it's customers after the sale!!

Its unfortunate your company has decided to be greedy with the cost of its products and blames inflation for the unreasonable price increases. You pushed up the price much more then price of inflation in the last 2 years. I can see you have lost many customers due to the same reason you lost my business. People prefer to buy counterfit products then support your companies inflated prices.

Giving me generic responses is nothing short of disappointing when I spend the time to contact customer support.

Your company punishes Canadians and I would much rather support a company who values its customers and will provide superior customer service.

Rabbit air filter replacement cost. $150 plus shipping and taxes $172.50 per year.

Austin air filter replacement cost. 360 plus $45 taxes with free shipping. $405 this lasts 5 years. Making it now $85 per year.

With this simple math the choice is obvious.

Austinair is my new company goodbye rabbitair.

Have owned 2 Bio GS Classics since January of 2011...both still operating 24 hrs/day (one main floor, one basement) in single family residence with one dog and two cats. Never any trouble with either.
November of 2022, ordered/paid for two replacement HEPA filters (one per unit) as I had done before, but this time only one was in the box. Contacted support via e-mail, and in less than two weeks, received the remaining filter. No questions asked. Can't ask for better service than that.

Upon submitting a video showing evidence of a faulty product that is not even 1 year old, Rabbit Air’s only option is to repair my existing unit or replace with a product that has been opened, gently used, or returned by another customer within the 90 day period. I was assured this replacement would be throughly cleaned, but I find that unacceptable. It’s not sanitary especially when you consider it being used in a smoker’s home for up to 90 days. No thanks. Shame on Rabbit Air for not providing customer service and standing behind their product. When submitting a warranty request, I would expect a new air purifier—not an offer to repair nor replace with a used unit. Unacceptable.

I hesitated to give 2 stars as their customer service is responsive but my experience with them has been awful.
I ordered the cheapest purifier they have and 10 days later it was delivered.
To my surprise they upgraded the product to a better one. After installing all the filters, a blue light started to blink and the customer support told me they will send another purifier and the delivery guy would pick the damaged one.
12 days later they delivered the new purifier but the UPS guy didn't knock at my door to pick the damaged one even though I spent the whole day waiting for him.
I looked at the new purifier and Rabbitair downgraded back to the original model...
That new purifier did not look that brand new: scratches on the control panel and the charcoal filter is leaking a bit... but it seems to work at least.
Now I will need to wait for the ups guy to pick up the old one...

Had to get new filters for a couple air purifiers that I haven't used in years. Found everything I needed in Rabbitair's website, as well as instructions how to reinstall the filters. Easy ordering, fast delivery, and easy instructions. And my purifiers run like a dream, even after 5 years in the attic. Love this company. Highly recommend buying and using their products.
