We paid $10m for a house in Beverly Hills, looks amazing but tons of issues.
When we bought it Dougal and Jonathon promised us that any issues would be dealt with.
So in Dec 2021 when we bought the house, we reported to their two site managers Chris and Rick that there were issues including leaking roof and constant issues with a water feature (which now causes massive water leaks of over 3000% of the normal water usage). Note these issues were reported the month we moved in and were promised they would be dealt with.
One year on and they are still not dealt with adequately, and remained a problem. This is largely due to the incompetency of the men they send round to "fix" the issues.
After constant chasing we are then told that they now wont deal with them because they are over a year old, despite us reporting them when we bought the house. They then make up reasons why they are not liable by lying and saying the leaky roof is caused by dry rot, not the roof. However after having two companies out to inspect both say there is no dry rot its the roof!
As well as this there are loads of other issues we have had with the house, so yes it looks great but the quality isn't there.
We have had to spend thousands of dollars sorting out all the issues and luckily we have been able to find really high quality people to do the work, who have criticized Racing Greens practices.
Ex staff of the company tell us how terrible they are to work for, and how they treat employees really badly.
This company should basically be renamed "Bodge it and Leg it"
