Rackmount Solutions Reviews

Accurate and quick shipping

Rackmount is a great supplier and our rep. always goes above and beyond!

I was recommended to this place by a friend. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. she helped to answer all questions and concerns I had, I am very happy with my purchase.

The product is robust and well designed. The ordering process was smooth and very helpful

Good basic wiring organizer.

I did find it doesn't mount quite the way that I wanted, but there enough holes I think I can use an "L" bracket or something to mount they way we need. Our rack is in a weird location right next to a wall, so I have to leave room so we can squeeze past - not a normal attachment. This is pretty unusual though. The left side will mount perfectly!

Service was fast and the organizers were packaged very well.

Thank you,

Ordering and payment was quick and easy. Order was prompt and was delivered as promised. Item was well packaged and was delivered in perfect condition.

We were treated very well by Rackmount. They were able to deliver the cabinet in a couple weeks. Much better than their competition!

I was in the process of looking for a wall mount rack for a new office install project at a branch office and was having a hard time locating a rack that would work in the space we have.

I cam across Rackmount Solutions via a Google search and was able to find exactly what I needed. It was easy to find the open wall mount rack as the internal and external dimensions were listed right on the product page and I didn't need to go looking for a engineering drawing or call to speak to someone.

This simplified the buying process and was able to complete it quick and easy. Shipping was fast and reasonable.

Next time I need another rack this will be my first and only stop.

I have used this site before and will use it in the future for all my rack needs.

We got everything we needed.

Just deployed my first rack purchased from Rackmount and couldn't be more happy. The product was exactly as described. Was well designed with great options for adjusting it to our specific needs. The construction was outstanding and using nice thick metal without making the unit inordinately heavy. It was a 6U wall mount unit with a locking glass door and panels and it mounted in a few min and is very stable and looks good too.

The unit shipped when they said it would and was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.

Great card on the inside from the individual who built it here in America. The pride in their work was evident both in the message and in the product. You might find cheaper options on the internet but I don't think you'll find better value.

Easy to follow online ordering-fast phone support with any questions I had and knowledgeable people about their products made it a great one stop shopping trip for my rack needs

It was a pleasure working with Rackmount Solutions... They understood my needs & gave me several options. I will definitely use them in the future!

Excellent customer support. We have a couple of Ucoustic cabinets that we've always been pleased with the reduction of noise in our office environment. After six years we started hearing a noise from one of the fans in the cabinet that pull air through. The bearings were dirty and worn. Called support and they were able to readily provide a quote for a new fan. They also have information on how to change the fan!!! Excellent company to deal with.

Rackmount Solutions provided an exceptional product, and service that superseded my best experiences of online purchasing. Freight charges were promptly delivered, and product tracking was immediately available. A product specialist was assigned to my order the next day, and provided support and information through the entire transaction. Needless to say I will be doing business with this company again!

Rackmount Solutions has most of the rack-related equipment that I need, high quality, at good prices. Their staff know their products, are extremely friendly and helpful. Shipping is fast and prices are reasonable.

I am a happy repeat shopper, and will remain one.
