From first talking to Clive at RADGAW to delivery this experience has been first glass. I couldnt rate them highly enough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Radcliffe Glass and Windows. From the initial quotation through to the final installation, the whole process was professional, efficient, and completely hassle-free.
The team installed my Origin aluminium bi-folding doors and new uPVC windows to an exceptionally high standard. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, with great attention to detail and a perfect finish throughout. The installers were punctual, friendly, respectful of my home, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was complete.
The Origin bi-fold doors have completely transformed the look of my property, and the new uPVC windows have made a huge difference to both the appearance and energy efficiency of my home. The quality of the products and the installation is second to none.

From the very first enquiry right through to completion, the service from Radcliffe Glass & Windows was exceptional.

As I currently rent my property out in the UK, the team have mainly been dealing directly with my tenants throughout the process. Despite me not being there in person, the communication has been excellent, and both my tenants and I agree that the team have gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A special mention has to go to the office staff and sales team, who were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. The office staff were always friendly, professional and quick to respond to any questions, making everything feel straightforward. The sales team were knowledgeable, honest and never pushy, taking the time to explain all of the options and ensuring we made the right choice for the property.

It’s so refreshing to deal with a local company that genuinely takes pride in what they do and makes you feel like a valued customer. Their professionalism and customer service have been second to none.

From the initial telephone call, the visit from The salesman , the courtesy of the office staff to the absolutely professional fitting team who treated my property and myself with respect, I can’t recommend Radcliffe Glass and Windows enough! Would definitely use them again

​2026 Update:
​We subsequently found ourselves needing to claim on our 10-year guarantee for a composite rear door installed in 2017, which has suffered a major structural failure by separating along the hinge side. After initially reporting the issue on June 4th, and following repeated follow-ups throughout June (on the 11th, 12th, and 16th), the company attempted to claim the guarantee was void due to completely unrelated window work done in 2021 (see previous review for details). Despite providing immediate evidence disproving this and having to involve DGCOS, we received an initial promise of an investigation by Managing Director Clive Powers on July 4th, only to experience total silence past his own deadline. As it stands, seven weeks after reporting the issue, we're still no further forward and further action will be taken. Unbelievably disappointed with the diabolical after sales of this outfit.

2021 review:
Wouldn't use this company again. Was the second time we had, on the first we had ordered and paid for a plasterer in the quote but on the fitting day it turned out this hadn't been sorted. Thinking it was a one off we used them again. Damien who measures up is great but aftersales are shocking. Our windows have gaps appearing due to the poor sealant job which makes a noise in the wind. Had to get them out and the guy resealed them but struggled to see what was wrong! (How when it's clear in the pictures what's happening!) But the problem has come back. Contacted them again as they seemed to be active on Facebook again looking for new customers towards the end of lockdown and was promised by Clive that the issue would be sorted without question once they were back in work after lockdown. That was almost 2 months ago since that promise and have heard nothing since. Have gone with a competitor (Also in Radcliffe) to sort this issue and to replace our last few windows.

Having initially trying to install the wrong coloured windows, we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable

We appreciate that errors happen, however, turning on us as we politely asked if we could have the windows we ordered, was very upsetting

We were made to feel that their error was our fault!
No idea how, as all their paperwork showed the window colour we'd asked for ...😞

We were berated by the owner, Clive, who tried to say we were getting a more expensive colour and as such, we should have been grateful!
All we wanted was what we'd chosen ..

Although they did eventually put it right, it was an awful few weeks and what should have been a good feeling of getting our windows updated, became an awful experience, that could have been dealt with in a more sensitive, professional way ..

On a more upbeat note, the fitters were lovely and supportive and thats the only reason we've given 3 stars as opposed to 1

Maybe management could learn from them...

We dont revel in writing a negative review, as we all want a great experience from a company, unfortunately, this time, Radgar didnt deliver that service you'd expect from a long standing company ..

I love my new Upvc white windows. Finished being installed Nov. 2025. I had 2 Bays, 5 Casements, new sliding patio window, new back door, and a beautiful composite red front door and surround. When I saw established 45 years it was a no brainer for me. I've had nothing but kindness from this company. They are a joy to work with. Amazing office staff. Lovely window fitters very fast, concientious, always on time, Very clean and tidy. I had the job done full house over the year. So it was very affordable for me. I've already saved money on my gas bill. Will probably pay for themselves over 8 years.They are a family run business and very, very, professional. Attention to detail is amazing. I've had no draughts, or leakage and the weather has been awful. My Upvc windows are very good quality. Thanks to Clive main man ( boss), Ian, Adam, Vicky and Katie in the office (very kind and helpful). Also thanks to window fitters Shaun and John and 2 others. From start to finish a 5 star service and product. The salesman was friendly and approachable, no pushy sales techniques just lots of knowledge and information so I could make an informed decision. I went ahead and ordered new windows and 2 doors for my house. I was kept up to date at all time with my order and installation date. The fitters arrived on time and were polite and clean and tidy and have done an amazing job at transforming my home. I really could not be happier with the finished product. I have had lovely comments from my neighbours and one of them has already booked in for an appointment with the lovely sales advisor. Thank you so much to the whole team. I would highly recommend.

Each individual team we worked with starting with our initial enquiry, surveyors, customer services choosing the windows & doors right though to pricing & fitting it couldn’t have been gone any smoother. I am very impressed with their attention to detail!

The team at Radcliffe Glass have the highest of standards, their level of professionalism was really refreshing to see from a nice local business, the staff are friendly & approachable which made working with this company a lot easier than larger corporate companies who don’t meet your expectations.

Great service from the team here at Radcliffe .From start to finish I have had great service, a brilliant price and the products are of a high standard. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great company and a top job and even better communication then these are the people.

Very professional and good service. They came to give a quote which was written and returned the same day (via email) for 3 replacement windows. Once I had accepted and paid a deposit a survey was taken a week later to confirm measurements and specification. Then once the windows had been made got a fitting date and the 3 windows were done in half a day and they cleaned up after themselves taking all waste away. Very impressed with the new windows and the only problem (one handle was wrong colour) was rectified in 3 days with no problems.

Very swift considering it was over the Christmas period, received and accepted the quote 4th Dec and they were fitted 3rd Jan. The incorrect handle was replaced on the 5th Jan as it was only a 10 minute job once the correct handle arrived with them.

Had a conservatory and less than a year later, we have continuous leaking. we have already had RWAG to repair the leaks, but the roof was left in a terrible state and had to come back to put it right again. We are not perfectionists but we have had no stop leaking from the three velux windows and rain coming through the brickwork of our house. we are unable to put the radiators on as the they are not compatible with the sils.. unfortunately last winter the radiators picked and fitted by RWAG charred the sils and needed replacing. They promised they would replace the radiators with a more suitable model, but this has never happened, so now we are left with no heating unless we wish to char the sils again and have a little fan heater to try to heat a 6 Mette long conservatory. I really thought we were getting a job done from a reputable company. Unfortunately it has been a very disappointing and regrettable purchase.
