Radon Protection UK were first class from start to finish. Sarah and Shannon were efficient, effective and very helpful. Lee (sorry, I hope that's your name, apologies if I've got that wrong) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The fitting of the mitigation device was quick and not messy at all. In short, I would not hesitate recommending Radon Protection. An overall 5 star experience.

We contacted this company after researching different radon companies. Although we live in a low radon area, we use our basement regularly and we became aware that basements can have high levels of radon, even in a low radon area. A test kit confirmed this. Sarah was really knowledgable on the phone, they arranged a site visit for remediation work. Lee was really helpful and listened to our concerns. Following the visit a quote was sent out promptly and a date booked in. Communication from Shannon has been excellent. The work has just been completed - it really didn't make that much mess at all! We are really pleased with it, the electronic readings have already fallen to a very low level. A great company. Thank you team!!!

I contacted Radon Protection UK as we had a potential need for testing and remediation work, following a search made by our purchasers. I called after hours and the call was answered by Sarah, who is one of the business founders. She was very knowlegable and professional in explaining the process that is followed when a buyer requires testing, even in a low risk area. We are currently negotiating with our buyers, to allow Radon Protection UK to carry out the testing and any necessary work, as I have 100% faith in their skill and ability to deal with all aspects of the process. I have built over 1,000 homes througout the UK and Europe, and in in my opinion why would you call anyone else?

We're so pleased we found Radon Protection UK! After installing a radon monitor in our new home we were so worried when we saw the very high readings on it. Radon Protection UK fitted a sump pump for us in August. The work was done so quickly and everywhere left clean and tidy. A couple of weeks ago we received the results from the three month radon detectors they supplied us with and I'm very happy to say the levels have gone down so much it's no longer a worry for us. Incredible customer service, well above and beyond the call of duty. We phoned Radon Protection UK Ltd with a seemingly impossible ‘deadline’ of tomorrow to receive a test kit and fingers crossed, they have delivered. (Royal Mail dependent now!).

From our initial request for a 10 Day Radon Detector Kit to the installation and commissioning of the recommended mitigation systems the way the process has been handled has been nothing short of impressive.

Communication with Sarah has been very easy and helpful, right from when I first enquired about carrying out a radon test, which she sent promptly, and returned the results quickly. We then had a survey, done by Lee, who was informative and friendly. We now know what can be done, and if we decide to go ahead, we will certainly ask Sarah and Lee to arrange for and do the work.

Where I was able to speak to Sarah. She went through everything, explained how long the testing can take, what your options are if it was to be high, and if you’re buying a house, what options you may have in that situation.

From enquiry to fitting both Sarah and Lee could not have been more personable, professional and helpful.
Fixing a price and date for fitting the mitigation system took minutes and could not have been easier.
In owning a 170 year old Cottage we were a little trepidatious about how it would look, but Lee came up with a solution that has kept the integrity of the house and given us a modern solution. No question was silly enough and no problem unsolvable.......

Needed a last minute radon test before exchanging on our house. Ordered, received in a couple of days, easy to read instructions, set up the tests and posted them back in the pre paid box after the set 10 days. 10 day radon test required for mortgage application. Website is very clear, email replies to queries were prompt, pre-paid packaging provided to facilitate return of detectors, all instructions and the resulting report clear and easy to understand. A very quick turnaround.
