Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when it came ot questions about the sofas or process. I expressed my disappointment with the customer service experience, and was continually met with rude and dismissive representatives, and provided little to no information. For the amount of money being spent on these furniture items, I am appalled. I have never been spoken to this way by anyone in a customer facing industry. Shocking. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for furniture.

Hosna was good going through the options and clear. The install team were very efficient and we love the sofa.

Tony and the team at St Albans were very helpful when we went in to buy a rug and coffee table, Tony went above and beyond to have to coffee table delivered from the central warehouse for me to look at in person before we bought and its perfect.

The Raft team were also hugely helpful. I have a very tight staircase so struggled to find a sofa that would go up, but the Raft team did an assessment of the property before it was ordered and the delivery was hassle free.
The service in store was also very personal and a great experience.

We went back to Raft Furniture because we were impressed with the quality of the dining table we had bought from them years ago. The staff at Westfield White City are always friendly and patient. This time we bought a bed. The delivery and assembly were as expected and we are very happy with our purchase again!

We recently ordered a table and chairs from Raft Westfield Branch, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth the wait — the craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. The whole family loves how the pieces look in our home; they’re beautiful and clearly built to last.

The delivery team deserves a special mention too — professional, courteous, and careful with everything. Would happily order from Raft again!

Ordered furniture took 4 weeks to arrive after complaining, then the assembly nightmare table leg split 4 bolts in welded brackets snapped off. Holes didn’t line up had to drill my own chair leg split had to glue up and took a good day to assemble and I’m not an amature builder

The sales person has sold us a table. It has scratches and now he and customer service have ignored our emails for a resolution for the last two months.

This was such an expensive table. This is madness how they can just leave you without a response.

We had a fantastic experience at the Raft Westfield store. Robert took the time to walk us around and explain the features and differences between the various sofas, which made choosing much easier. Eric was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase and delivery process, giving us confidence that we'd chosen the right sofa size and delivery option for our home. Fabiane also gave us great advice on styling the sofa with cushions, which was a lovely finishing touch.

The whole team was patient, welcoming and never made us feel rushed. They were also so accommodating of our child, happily letting her play with the cushions while we made our decision. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Sofa was also ready for delivery earlier than anticipated! I'd highly recommend Raft!

I was called just before delivery which was very helpful, however in store I was told that it would be a white glove delivery and that they would unpack and take away the packaging. My brother accepted delivery but no packaging was taken, I would normally rate a bit higher as everything else was good, however having just moved and literally just cleared the mountain of boxes I had, it was a bit disheartening to have another pile to have to take to the refuse center .

We bought a display piece beautifully upholstered Sofa from Raft. The sofa is superb quality and we were dealt with extremely professionally by the sales team . Their furniture is all hand made & I would recommend Raft to anyone. Even if you are on a budget, they have items to suit your pocket.

We love Raft Fruniture. Fabiane Was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time perfecting our fabrics, and overall design of our order. Excellent service and beautiful British Made, quality furniture.

just purchased a glass table and four chairs , along with a summer table . had a small crack on summer table which they replaced in 7 days ! . main table and chairs took 16 weeks but worth the wait and the delivery crew setup and took away all the packing ! love the customer services !!

I have made a number of purchases over the last few years. The furniture is excellent quality and really well designed. For me personally I like a combination of Natural Classic with a Contemporary twist so Raft is always on my shopping list.

This time Abasin helped me in the showroom and with all of the final logistics, he was professional to a Tee!
