So far the process booking in a maintenance visit has gone extremely well and smoothly. RAMP have been very quick with their responses.
I now look forward to the car being repaired by their approved agent.

My sons car has needed work twice and the total cost was £1500. Ramp contacted Halfords for photos etc but the guy from Halfords told me that Ramp were really annoying him as they demanded more and more info . Ramp said they wouldn’t pay for the repairs as my son didn’t have it serviced last year . Halfords told Ramp that infact my son had had it serviced but Ramp then made up a new excuse and blamed all repairs on wear and tare . My son rang Hippo who was his lease company and they told him they do not use Ramp anymore because they to use his words ‘Blame everything on wear and tare ‘ The guy from Halfords told me that he had spoken to his boss and they have agreed not to do anymore work for this shambles of a company . They refused to pay for Broken brake pipes, wheel cylinder and many more things too . Ramp want the car user to take it to an expensive garage of their choice but then do not pay . Please avoid the scammers. The guy at Halfords informed me that even though maintenance car companies do ask for photos and info etc Ramp took it to a new level . My son has an orange light on in his car at the moment and is unsure what to do as he is convinced this scamming company will duck their responsibilities again . To all at Ramp ‘ HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME.

I spoke to Chloe at Ramp and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable and sorted out my problem quickly and professionally.

How easy was it to sort out my damaged alloy . First I sent through email a request to repair, a reply within 24hrs ,unfortunately the wrong details were on file , a quick 5 minute call to a human, not a robot, to sort these details ,she forwarded straight to the claim . I then had an email that day and a call to book my car in for the repair . Perfect I couldn't ask for a better service , and it was lovely to speak to someone. Thank you Ramp limited 😀

Purchased a 12 month RAMP Platinum vehicle warranty with my used car. Vehicle produced a serious fault, and i must admit, i did expect the " run around" because my warranty was only 2 weeks from expiry, but to their credit the people at RAMP Warranties were excellent. From first contact everything was made clear and concise instructions were given for submission of a claim. Once submitted the repairs were authorised without undue delay. I've got to admit i am most impressed with RAMP, for a sensible and reasonable approach to a stressful situation. Well done !

Dropped car off for service at Halfords got a call 10 minutes later saying not enough money in account. Phoned Ramp explaining the situation they apologised and said stay on the phone a will sort this out come back on the phoned all sorted. Halfords phoned couple of hours later car all done great service thanks
