Absolutely terrible the stadium is run down and the tour was rubbish only got to see trophies from years ago from when they last won one do not recommend

A far cry from the football club it used to be...shameful performance against St Mirren! No good sacking managers when it's down to the players on the pitch who have no heart in the club but will take the high earnings...hang your heads in shame!!!

Went a few amazing tours at Ibrox with some club legends, best ground in world football. One on the 4th October with the great Michael Mols.

I would rate zero stars if possible, I order online £112 worth of products never received them. When I phoned club to find out what was going on providing order number I was told the order has been shipped they have no further information and had fulfilled order. They couldn’t provide proof of delivery. Avoid at all costs as I ended up with 2 disappointed kids.

Great tour of the stadium and museum John the tour guide was first class

Very strange place. Went for a tour of the trophy room and instead of actual trophies, the was an old blue bike and some china plates?????? Everyone kept calling her the old girl but all I saw was a rusty old cesspit. And don’t get me started on the toilets and restraunts 🤢🤢

I have ordered several items recently and there is never any delivery note, invoice or returns information provided with the product. One item is too big so I found the UK returns portal on the website for information. I put in the order number that RFC supplied along with my email address that they used when confirming my order but on the portal they say both the order number and email address are incorrect!!!!
They do give an email address but have tried that 3 times without reply. They don’t provide a phone number. For a club like Rangers I’m disappointed and disgusted that I now seem to be out of pocket. I won’t be using that mail order service again.

Purchased a hoodie on 18/5 and still not received

Have chased more than once and I am getting nowhere with resolving the issue

So they have £70 of my money and I have nothing

The only thing I would suggest you it is considering to buy a smaller size. In my opinion M is very near to an L.

Absolutely appalling service I ordered Dortmund programmes and have not received them I also ordered programmes before never received them sent over 30 emails no reply except automated service so basically they have stole my money and don't give 2 hoots about there customer service.

Disappointed that its been months and Rangers TV have not responded to a refund request regarding the St Johnstone Game
