Rapid Paints prices are pretty good and delivery was fairly quick. However, the colour was a bit out. My vehicle was a glacier white and I provided colour code from vehicle ID plate. But the colour was an off white with a hint of grey. Campany didn't seem too keen in rectifying

Terrible, and deceptive shipping practices,.
I am highly disappointed with this company.
A flaw in their website's selection system resulted in me receiving the wrong hardener, which is now completely wasted because customer service flatly refused to offer an exchange.
To make matters worse, I placed three separate orders and paid for next-day delivery three times. Instead of honoring this, they crammed everything into a single package to pocket the extra shipping profit. They easily could have used those funds to resolve their system mistake by exchanging my item for the "Fast" hardener, but they showed zero flexibility or common sense.
I also have serious doubts about the accuracy of the base coat color. I am currently testing it on a sample surface, but I fear this entire experience has been a waste of both time and money. I will never use this arrogant company again.

what a joke.

Having purchased paint with a as advertised standard hardner and yet sent a Fast Hardener. After many conversations they say error on website and will be amnended. Will not give refund or exchange as paint made up. Any decent company would honour there error but not these. Definitely wont use again.

This company is a VAT scammer.
They charge you VAT and never send you the VAT receipt and ignore all communications once they have your money.

sent me two areasols of the wrong paint...said they were gonna sort it..but after many chats through live chat they decided to ignore me....they seem to do this to alot of customers...

If you want a paint supplier that gets your order wrong, is impossible to contact, ignores your emails, and then tells you you’re outside the returns policy when you finally get a response, Rapid Paints is the place to go.

To be fair, I didn’t inspect the paint for almost a year because my project was delayed. However, I’ve been using various paint suppliers for over 15 years and know exactly how to store paint correctly. It’s perfectly normal for paint to settle over time, and a thorough mechanical mix should bring it back to its original consistency and colour.

That wasn’t the case here. I ordered a green paint, but after mechanically mixing it, I was surprised to find the colour looked far more like Nardo Grey. In my opinion, it was clearly mixed incorrectly.

I contacted Rapid Paints and, on multiple occasions, offered to return the paint so they could inspect it themselves. Every single request was ignored. When they eventually responded, rather than investigating the issue or accepting my offer to return the product, they simply hid behind their returns policy.

I only wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, as my experience appears to reflect many of the concerns others have raised. Based on my experience, if you value quality products and customer service that actually supports you when something goes wrong, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The lacquer I used completely ruined all of my primer and paint. It was dusty and nothing like the product description. I contacted customer support to request assistance and a return, but unfortunately, I never received any response or suggestions.

An aerosol can of Fiats Giallo 509 was ordered and paid for, direct from the company. Gallio 509 is a bright yellow but when I sprayed a test piece from the can, it was beige. Not a shade or two different but a country mile wrong. There was a second identifying sticker placed over the original sticker on the can and I suspect the first sticker was a different colour. I complained and furnished Rapid Paints with images of the test piece, the car paintwork and the manufacturers paint code plate. It took days to get a response, the so called chat line wasn't working and subsequent emails from them bore no name of a person taking responsibility, just Rapid Paints. They have, eventually out of good faith (what a joke, not an ounce of good faith) deigned to reimburse the paint part of the order but, if I want the lacquer that was ordered with it returned, it would be at my own expense. This is about as far from good service as you could get, faceless emails quoting their T's and C's without managing their own incompetence in favour of a customer. They did offer a "sincere apology" (another joke, just words !) Sometimes a company can be judged by how quickly or well they manage their mistake. Rapid Paints, you failed miserably. Don't trust a purchase from Rapid Paints.
UPDATE 11 days after refund promised - NO REFUND RECEIVED. What a useless bunch!

The paint matched perfectly and the clear coat was very good to spray and of good quality. I would definitely buy these products from them again. Thanks John

After planning on spraying multiple panels on my car I was looking for somewhere that sells paint at an affordable price, after choosing rapid paints I found that my projects were actually doable. I am a novice when it comes to spraying but I have gotten good results from them and will definitely be buying from them again. Many of my orders came within 2 - 3 days, depending on what time I order it. I'll just try to order more than enough paint on my next order 😂

I received exactly what i required, which was easy to find on their website. The colour matches perfectly including undercoat and the finish makes the repair look like new. So i am very happy with what i have received, incidentally in a timely fashion.

I recently bought some Skoda Grey 2k Direct gloss for a project and it sprayed beautifully.
The pricing was great and the delivery very quick.

Excellent seller. Better price than I could get locally. I got metallic grey for A19 year old pickup . The match was near perfect considering the original paint that it matched up to was so old . Takes about 5 days to deliver to Dublin Ireland which is fairly good. Cans well packed and sealed 10/10

Great communication. Good quality undiluted paint.
Honest 1:1 with base coat thinner.
1 litre tin with 250ml paint sent. Would recommend decanting to a smaller tin of not used immediately.
