Terrible customer service very disappointed with them I had got a bracelet as a gift .The bracelet is chipping and I sent them the picture but won't replace it the person that bought me the bracelet for as a gift they don't have the packaging anymore or the receipt in any of that they threw it away.Its a damn bracelet didn't think it would be this hard to replace you guys are acting like I'm asking you to replace a Rolex if I could give you guys less than a one star I would but one is the lowest I can give you that's that's all you you should get a half a star but that doesn't give me the option be lucky you got a one star

I really like the product, but the s/m is much smaller than I anticipated (very unlike other brands s/m).
I ordered several as gifts and reached out to customer service requesting to exchange (not refund, exchange) and was told no. (they responded "bummer!")
Online sales rely on purchasing unseen, which I understand, but refusing to exchange the product is a deal breaker for me in ever purchasing from this company again.

Rastaclat does not value its customers and seems strictly focused on business rather than customer satisfaction. The positivity they promote is great for marketing, but unfortunately, they do not live up to it in practice. My experience with customer service was terrible and unhelpful. While I like the designs of the clasps and bracelets, they are overpriced for the level of service provided. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.

Treats human customers like a business proces. Customer support departement should be renamed.
