My painter was very complimentary about the Solignum, although old, previously untreated oak used a lot more than the tin suggested. I bought 2x 5l tins, ended up buying 6! No complaints as long as... Toon meer

Good
Speedy delivery. Only one star down as I submitted my order 30seconds after the deadline and didn’t get it next day.

Sorry you just missed the next-day cut-off, Lorraine. We know it was only by a few minutes, but once the deadline passes we can’t always guarantee next-day dispatch. Thanks for the feedback.
Great selection of UPVC paints
Second purchase of upvc paint I’ve purchased from Rawlings paints and the site is easy to use, colour options plentiful and payment easy. Delivery has been good both times. Only downside is costs slightly higher than other sites but I needed the colour I previously used and was guaranteed the same shade. Would use them again.

Thanks for coming back to Rawlins Paints, Neil. It’s great to hear the Teamac marine paint is spraying on so well. Really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Great paint, bad returns/customer service.
Paint is great however I tried to return a full, unopened tin of paint only to be told it was outside of the two week return period. I can’t say I checked the policy prior to ordering as I didn’t think I’d need to return it. Very disappointed that there was no way returning. I was delayed starting my kitchen renovation so genuine reason for returning.
After receiving a call from Nick, this issue has now been resolved. He fully appreciated my feedback and accepted the way it was dealt with wasn’t ideal. I’ve received a refund for the paint I tried to return. Thanks for following this matter up so quickly.

Good service and delivery
Very happy with service and delivery, unfortunately the paint colour received didn't quite match with the chart we chose from, but not too far off

Pleased to hear the service and delivery were spot on. It’s disappointing the colour wasn’t quite as expected though - have you spoken with our customer service team about it? They can take a closer look at the details with you.

Great customer service, shame about the delivery driver.
Great customer service from Rawlins, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we needed. Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time. Products do what they say on the tin.
Parcel was packed extremely well, which was very handy considering the delivery driver dropped it over my 6 foot high gate, even though I'd left a note on the front door with instructions, he did not follow them. £250 worth of paint! One of the pots was dented, but no leaks, so we were very lucky on this occasion.

Really pleased to hear all lived up to expectations. The way the parcel was delivered is concerning, especially with such a high-value order; we’ll pass your feedback about the delivery on to the courier, as the instructions you left should have been followed. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback.
