Out dog loves the mix of meals. Hassle free raw feeding suits our life style. Customer service is second to none. Always very accommodating and keeps us up to date with any possible issues particularly with the heat waves we've been having. Highly recommend this company for happy dog and owner.

We’ve been with this company for a few yrs now. I look after my boss’s dogs when they go away. The company have been so good and conscientious. Never let us down. In fact they ALWAYS go the extra mile. It was Boxing Day and I panicked thinking I was going to run out of dog food ( I didn’t think for one minute that they would send a message back that day) but they did. The lady I dealt with was Kay. She was so helpful and efficient and not even fazed that I had got in touch at Christmas. ( not like I want to get in to a habit of disrupting her holiday ) but she was just a message away. In fact she did even better than that .. she gave me advice to what I could give the dogs if I ever ran out of the food they provide. Amazing. Since then I’ve been on the phone ( not often ) asking when the dog food will be due as I don’t want to disturb boss on holiday and Kay never fails. She never leaves you waiting and gives an answer straight away. She even changed the day of delivery so the dogs would definitely get their food in time…. I hadn’t even asked her too. Unbelievably helpful. Kay is great with her customers and a real dog lover. You can see it when you read the message her concern for our furry friends. Thankyou for looking after our doggies and thankyou for helping me. I just need to add that both Labradors love the food. It’s gone in 2 minutes 😜

Kay helped us when we ended up in a tricky situation of taking a family members dog from their household for the dogs safety. Sadly an incident occurred with a child but having met the dog I knew he deserved a second chance. I got in touch with a rescue who put us in contact with Kay. Kay was extremely helpful and sympathetic and worked with us to come and collect the dog the same day. Kay has kept us updated with how the dog is now doing in their new home and our family couldn’t thank her and the dog rescue enough!

My dogs absolutely love this food, it's great quality and a great price. One of my dogs is a super fussy eater and this is the only food he will eat, I'd literally tried everything before I came across Raw Made Simple and now he licks his plate clean every meal. Im a new customer to Raw made simple, i did an order online to suit my dogs criteria , the price was good for the 10kg of food and the delivery date was set . I did have to change the delivery date to a Saturday because of my work schedule .
I called the office and spoke with Kay to discuss the matter. Can honestly say Kay was very understanding and proffesional in dealing with the new delivery date , i like good customer service , Kay was lovely , the delivery turned up within the 15 mins of a 1 hour time slot .food is in the freezer and our dog Oreo is happy with the food from Raw made simple . Cannot fault the service from this company and look forward to the next delivery

Great company. I have two very fussy mini daxies who both love this food. We have been through loads of different types but have been settled on this now for a long while.
Great communication during the recent hot weather, delayed deliveries to ensure that the food arrives safely but made sure to communicate via WhatsApp with all updates.

I have used ‘Raw Made Simple’ for all my dogs for a very long time now and couldn’t be happier with the price, variety of options and speed of transaction and delivery. Always turns up well packaged so it remains nicely frozen still ready for my freezer. It was also really nice to see during a current heat wave that I was informed about a delay in my delivery due to my dog food possibly being affected(Defrosting), which could affect my pooches if no one was at home to take delivery. A really nice touch, as I called the company to thank them for their services and attention to detail and spoke directly to Kay Ryder(Owner) by chance, who was very personable and lovely to chat with instead of some automated service. Would highly recommend to anyone who truly loves their pets and wants what’s best for them. Thank you.👍❤️

I have ordered from this company several times now, for my 3 semi-feral cats, and they absolutely love it, clean bowls every time.
I had an issue with the delivery of my latest order and rang up to try to get it sorted, and I have to say I received the best customer service I have ever had from a raw food company. My call was answered by Kay herself, who could not have been more helpful, and got my order replaced and sent out immediately, it arrived safely today.
I can certainly see why this company are so highly rated, great food, at a great price, and great customer service. I look forward to many years of great quality food for my ferals. Thank you 🐱

What can I say, my dog kept having runny poos I researched and researched and came across this company compared to others the food is reasonably priced and it’s locally made in uk so I thought I would give it a try. I started my dog on it slowly little by little till he was completely on this as his main food twice daily, it has transformed him his coat is so shiny and he has had no runny poos.

The food comes conveniently packed in plastic containers which you store in the freezer and then defrost as needed my boy has just under a full container a day split between 2 feeds he absolutely loves it.

I have been a customer for a few years now and the customer service is excellent. My dogs love the food, even my fussy poodle and it is reasonably priced. No problems with delivery either. I recommend Raw Made Simple if you haven't tried it.

My 18 month old Norfolk terrier had been suffering from colitis. He was sluggish had frequent bouts of diarrhoea and his breath could knock out an elephant 🐘. Within 2 weeks of changing to the 100% rabbit from Raw Food his symptoms have gone and he is full of energy and naughtiness. A brilliant product. Thank you

We swapped our puppy onto Raw food to try improve her gut health as kibble just wasn’t right for her! Initially we struggled a little with finding a flavour she liked, she is a little fussy! We messaged the team and Kay and received a phone call from Kay who was more then helpful in assisting us to find what may work for our puppy and went out of her way to offer her experience and knowledge to us to help with giving Mabel everything she needs to grow healthy and strong.
Her poor digestion and gas has now completely disappeared, she’s full of energy and can’t wait for her food!

So a big thank you for making our journey a little easier! Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of starting their dog on raw food!

Great products great prices & reliable delivery & my pup loves them.

The quality of the food is very good. My dog likes may different flavours. The Tupperware boxes are easily stacked in the freezer, however they often come very badly damaged: split bodies, cracked lids. I can only presume they are damaged in transit, and once they thaw they then leak.
Can you do anything to reduce this issue? The product is so very good.
