Worst at Manchester city centre Primark. My eyebrow has no shape on one side. Got cuts all around my eyes. Never had this kind of experience.

This was my second time having my eyebrows threaded by Inthira, and unfortunately both experiences were very disappointing.
On both occasions, she left a noticeable gap in my eyebrow. When I pointed it out, she refused to acknowledge it and instead blamed me, saying it was my fault. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting.
I also asked if the manager was available, but she simply replied, "Not here," without offering any further assistance or suggesting another way to resolve the issue.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. She didn't greet me or smile when I arrived, and after damaging my eyebrow, she was rude and dismissive rather than apologetic or willing to help.
Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. I would have appreciated an apology and a willingness to resolve the issue instead of being blamed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning.

Excellent staff and great service and value for money

Gurbakhsh was phenomenal - I always get my brow threading done with her! She always does it perfectly when I describe what I want and very high precision for the arches. Thanks.

My experience has always been good, and I've been happy with the service. However, today's visit was disappointing.

The staff member, Salma, was multitasking and attending to another customer during my appointment. As a result, I felt ignored and eventually had to ask the other customer if I could be attended to, as I had a 12:00 pm appointment and unfortunately couldn't wait any longer.

When I shared my feedback with Salma, she explained that the other customer's matter was more important and that otherwise they would not have been available until 2:00 pm. I mentioned that I had booked my appointment the previous day, so I expected my scheduled time to be respected.

She did apologise, but unfortunately it didn't feel sincere to me. I value good customer service, and based on this experience, I would prefer not to be served by this staff member again.

My usual for an eyebrow wax - all the staff are very professional and excellent at what they do.

The salon is consistently clean and tidy, turnaround times are efficient, and the service is always excellent (especially the lady on the till on 09/07/26, I’m sorry I forgot your name but not how you made my day!)

10/10, definitely recommend Rawr Beauty for your beauty maintenance needs.
