George did an excellent job of showing us recliners and pointing out differences etc. Transaction was seamless.

Our visit on Monday evening was fine. Our salesperson allowed us the time and space to shop and when we identified our furniture, he was able to share financing options and delivery date. We have always had a successful outcome with Raymour & Flanigan.

The manager stated I could get a 5% discount if I used my Raymour and Flanigan account but then stated I had to get the protection coverage which cost $99. In the end she was trying to force me to purchase something I don't want. The manager then stated she would discount the delivery fee in half. In the end instead of buying it outright, as I planned on, I was offered a discount of $41 to use a credit card. This practice was extremely unethical!!! This was completely disheartening. To top it off, I received an email with an invoice thanking me for my order, which I never placed!!!

Excellent service with all my needs met. All details of payment were clearly presented.

Sale person friendly and knowledgeable.
Furniture not up to expectations.
First delivery refused because of poor quality.
Second delivery scheduled, but never showed.
Third delivery furniture was not put together correctly, ended up redoing the assembly myself.
Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from R&F

The gentleman that waited on me Sharif Ali was very helpful and had great customer service. This is the I think third time I have made a purchase at Raymour and Flanagan.

I never seem to have a problem when I go to Raymour and Flanigan. There is always someone near the door to greet me. I usually know what I come in for, so it's not a problem for me. The representatives are always nice, patient and respectful. They never pressure me into buying anything and are clear about the warranties and sale price.
I love shopping at Raymour and Flanigan!

He was outstanding in helping us make a decision. Knows his stuff as far as mattresses are concerned.

The experience of purchasing a mattress was very unsatisfactory.

We knew what we wanted to purchase and what we did not want. The salesman kept asking us similar questions over and over: "Why don't you want memory foam?" "Do you really want a firm mattress? Here, try this (softer) one"; "are you sure you don't want a new box spring?" When we finally found the one we wanted, he tried a hard sell for a special mattress cover. Over 5 minutes trying to convince us. We told him several times no. Then he called over his manager who asked many of the same questions over and over again. It was worse than the worst experience buying a car! We like the mattress and it was a fair price, or else I would have given a lower rating. I would not recommend anyone going to this store to purchase a mattress.

I bought a mattress from Raymond Flanagan and Jane it was determined to be a defective mattress from a technician at Raymore land again however we are in August and I'm still trying to get a replacement mattress from Raymore and franica

Salesperson was the most efficient and professional person i have had the pleasure of doing business with in many many years. I even got service with a smile. Duplicates should be made of her so other customers can have the pleasant experience I had. That's the kind of service that will make you want to keep coming back to Raymour and Flanigan.

It was a pleasure visiting your store. My sales person was named Sean and he was extremely professional and conducted all sales in a businesslike manner. He was very knowledgeable about each one of our purchases especially our sleeper sofa. We returned weeks later and purchased a queen size mattress & box springs. He was waiting on a customer and courteously excused himself and acknowledged us and let us know he would be with us as soon as he finished up with his current customer. We will be returning to purchase a sectional for home and we are looking forward to Sean being our sales representative.

My experience at R&F was really great. My husband and I was greeted at the door and the service also started at the door. The sales associate was very polite and knowledgeable about their merchandise and inventory. My visit definitely deserves a 5 star rating. We went to the store in Jenkintown PA. for a dresser and left with a purchase of a mattress and a bed as well. The associate helped us choose a really comfortable mattress that we couldn’t resist. We will definitely return when we’re in the need for more furniture. I have to say that our last experience was equally as good when we purchased our living room furniture at that same store. That’s what led us back there, great service!
I actually first gave this bed 5 stars, however in less then a month this platform bed is now broken! This bed does not hold up because it’s just not made well. The slates are too thin and the 1 vertical wooden rod in the middle that’s supposed to hold most of the weight is just not thick or strong enough to support a king size bed. I was horrify when my husband was getting into the bed and it just broke! Now we have to sleep at the foot of the bed where the drawers are until we go back to R&F to get another bed.
