We were greeted as soon as we walked in and directed right to the set we were looking for. After going over our options we found the set we wanted and then were explained all our payment options. It was a quick and easy process.

Sales rep greeted me and was very helpful

Sales rep answered my questions and shared information in an easy, friendly manner. We enjoyed browsing the store,as we chatted freely, without the sales rep at our heels. However she was close by to assist us. She had a pleasant, relaxed demeanor.

I was given a gift card back in September of 2021 for an incident where I as the customer, was inconvenienced with a defect Funiture or something (I don't recall exact details, but I know they had to deliver new furniture at my expense of missing work). Nevertheless. Also, I had spent quite an amount in buying seven new pieces of furniture and tables while we were remodeling our home. I went to purchase another item on Monday, 11-28-2022 and planned to use my gift card. To my surprise, I was apprised that the gift card is expired and cannot be used. My issue was that "how can a gift card expire when it was given to you because the customer was inconvenienced". In addition, when they spoke of making it right for me back in 2021, no one apprised me that I had a deadline to use the card!! Finally, it seems to me that if someone has to utilize a gift card given because the store is making right on a wrong/inconvenience, why is there and expiration date? The current policy of the aforementioned is nothing but a glorified promotion on your next purchase if it has an expiration date. In closing, I still purchased an item because of the quality of furniture and my need to get the item but was not pleased at all.

My visit at R&F was nothing less than enjoyable. I love furniture shopping. But the sales representative, Dennis was absolutely magnificent. He didn’t follow us around like a desperate sales person. But it’s what he said that made me spend the extra money I had no intentions on spending. He said, and I’m paraphrasing, you can get your furniture delivered soon you don’t have to wait for months. I immediately thought about my experience at the furniture store up the street. Thank you Dennis for you help. And also to the young lady that processed the order. Very professional!

Melissa was excellent! She gave me space to decide but offered assistance when needed. She is so pleasant and helpful every time I have been there. The ladies working the checkout area are super efficient and excellent at their job!

I was told two different times that my online order was ready for pickup when it wasn't. As a result my order was lost and had to be recorded and now I'm forced to wait another month.

The salesman, Michael, was attentive, patient, funny and respectful. He answered our questions quickly and completely and we intend to come to see him when we buy our new home.

No issues, sales reps Brenda and Chris were really helpful and not over barring like some sales people I have dealt with in the past.

Dennis was our sales person. He was great! Very professional!! He helped answer all our questions. He was not pushy, gave us our space, but let us know he was here for us whenever we needed him. He went above and beyond to take care of us. I would highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan to all my family and friends.
