I was promised that I would receive my while bed today only received parts of it after removing my bed andi now have to wait 2 extra days for the rest while waiting I received a email later in the day saying the driver is 11 minutes away I was so excited so I called Rf to make sure and they tell me that message is from earlier for the items I already received so why am I receiving hours later what purpose is that serving ass

The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was buying a new bed along with a headboard/footboard. She fully explained the composition of each mattress while having me try out each one. Very pleased with my purchase.

The sales person was very helpful, attentive, and pleasant and made the experience very good. Overall we were very disappointed with the fact that no coupons or discounts we available at all for the quantity and amount of furnuture that we purchased. Some of the prices were high and despite the quantity of furniture purchased (well over $5K) there was no discount, or free delivery, or even the possibility of extending the 18-month interest free repayment period. In addition, we had previously purchased leather furniture with a warranty which R & F customer service rep refused to honor and help repair our furniture. We had discussed the circumstances with the sales person and they were also very surprised that R & F refused to honor the warranty on our existing furniture. As such as were not comfortable purchasing new warranties on any of the furniture. Given these two experiances - I am not sure that we will continue to shop with R & F since the customer services does not seem to be there unfortunately. We would very much like to discuss these concerns with the manager particularly our experiences with the existing warranty issues.

I have been a Raymour & Flanigan customer for many years. I have always had wonderful experiences with my purchases and especially with the salesperson. Always kind and considerate and patient,.

The store became my choice number one when we need to update the furniture. An essential factor is PEOPLE who work there. Some of the salespersons became our friends, and we develop close and trusting relationships. Anna is a very professional, caring, honest, and just pleasant specialist to be around. Our visit was speedy, and she went straight to the point of offering the best quality/price option. I hope that we won't be satisfied with our order this time.

Update: R&F promised a call from management w/in 24-48 hrs and it’s been 1 week no contact.
Clearly they don’t care about the customer experience and their response to try to resolve a problem is just for show
