We were pleased with both the selection and quality of the furniture. Our salesperson, Jay, was very knowledgeable about the different pieces and did not pressure us to make a purchase. He offered his assistance, made suggestions and ultimately made our experience enjoyable.

They were fast, efficient, professional and courteous. They removed my old mattress for me and disposed of it. Great customer service.

We were met at the door with friendly service that didn't follow us like a puppy dog. We were free to browse the floor and take a look at everything without a big sales push. When we did make a decision on what we liked the sales man was very professional and helpful with any and all choices. On top of all that our furniture was able to be delivered in just 3 days.

Mary Ellen Hooper was just as pleasant as she was professional. She guided us through many decisions and choices where we ended up choosing 7 pieces for our new home. We were greeted at the door without any pressure and we thought we were only there to browse and leave. Hospitality and service mean everything to us.

Evette was very personable and helpful which made our buying experience pleasurable.

I bought two rooms of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan and bought the platinum plan for protection. When I asked for them to come out to repair some damage, they told me it’s not covered. I called the manager Jackie at the Deptford store where I bought my furniture and she was not helpful at all. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Raymor, and Flannigan. They sell you the platinum plan and do not describe the multitude of things that are not covered. I’m extremely disappointed in Raymore and Flanagan. Their motivation is to sell the pricey extended warranty that is never covered. Has anyone else experienced this?
