1100122I was very fortunate and relieved to have Reggie Gorneille at your Farmingdale Route 110 North store as my salesman for my recent purchase!!
I first called the store and spoke with Reggie and explained my situation and immediately he helped me by applying his concerns, knowledge and suggestions.
I met Reggie later that morning in the store and was able to select the appropriate recliner for my husband.
My pertinent purchase became comfortable and worthwhile due to Reggie's professional understanding!

Sales person was thoughtful and was very helpful.

Roseanne Rush & Lisa went above & beyond and were so friendly & professional. They had a lot of patience in helping me make a decision.

Jason Wellington, our sales rep was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and personable. He is the reason we stopped shopping around at other furniture stores and purchased our new couch and entertainment center there.

Steve was awesome. He was very knowledgeable of all products. He took the time and explained the features of each item. That is why I made my purchase and delivery was the next day. I will come back to purchase more items .

The sales person Barb was very helpful. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and the sales process was Swift and easy.

I didn't;t visit any store. It was all done on line.

I still have not received my furniture. I ordered a brand new sofa and it was on back order and I received three different emails and they keep on changing the date of arrival. The last email I received stated I will not be getting my furniture till January 2022 now. This is not a good way to do business!!!!

It's always a pleasure dealing with the team at Raymour & Flanigan. My salesman Robert Bunnenberg was so very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that the furniture would be able to be moved into a tight basement space as well as keeping me informed on delivery of my custom order. Working with him was a true pleasure.

Eric, our salesman in Lake Grove, was extremely nice and very patient with us as we looked at many couches together. He made our experience shopping for furniture easy.

I was told the item would be back in stock next day. Purchased it and now find out the item is not in stock for another 3 weeks, or so.

We visited our local Raymour & Flanigan store to purchase a TV console that we had previously noticed on-line. Our sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable, expediting our store visit. We're looking forward to delivery of our new furniture in ten days' time. It should fit perfectly with our 55" flat screen!

Michael was very helpful, I just wish the stores prices hadn’t gone up. I bought the same end table I purchased about a year ago and it was much more expensive than it had previously been.

I was told my items were in stock and that my order would be delivered on Saturday July 17th.
Once I paid and completed it online I then received an email saying the items are not in stock and the delivery date would now be the end of August.
Besides that, you keep me connected to this old mail when I clearly purchased on line with my new last name and my new email.
Your company is in no way capable of keeping up with the online furniture stores. You cannot handle keeping track of inventory or orders.
I am so disgusted. I feel as if I was hooked in by a false promise.
I am writing this while on hold cancelling my 2 orders completely, one of which they are unable to locate the order.
There are so many red flags here I will never again have the confidence to order even lamp from Raymour and Flanagan.

*the only positive thing I can say is that Diedre in hybrid sales was very helpful trying to make sense of it all for me and to cancel my order. In fact, I almost decided to repurchase one of the items through her, but in all honestly the lack of confidence in your overall company won.
I would give Raymour and Flanagan zero stars if it were an option. I would give Diedre 4 1/2
