Raymour & Flanigan - Hamburg Outlet Reviews 

I enjoyed my time at Raymour a d Flanigan the other day and received such wonderful help picking out my Loveseat with two recliners. The help and information about my purchase was great.

Ease of finding what I needed and checking out without having to leave home.

Great customer service! Salesman was very informative, but not pushy. Explained everything about the product and purchase.

I wrote a review regarding my store experience, which was very delightful. However, the installers who installed my bed, did it incorrectly and it cracked within two days. It took them over two weeks to fit me in to get someone to fix it. In the meantime, my bed was getting louder and louder from the crack (and I am not kidding you when I say every time I move, it wakes me up)! They finally came to fix it and they brought the wrong part so they had to reschedule me, (After taking the day off). I asked to be scheduled earlier the next day when they were trying to fit me in because I had plans. Nope they are arriving approximately 1:42 and I kept calling to find out what time they would be here so I can make plans accordingly,(even the nice people at the Raymour in Flanigan store. We’re trying to get a hold of them), but did not receive a text at 8:15 this morning. The service department is very incompetent starting with they should’ve had the right piece because I sent them a picture of the slat which was ivory and color. They brought a footboard which was gray in color. Somebody is not doing their job there. I am one unhappy customer.

THE SALES PERSON SANDRA DOLAN WAS FANTASTIC. LET US LOOK AROUND AND NEAR BY IF WE HAD QUESTIONS. NO PRESSURE TO BUY BUT WE ENDED UP WITH A KITCHEN TABLE AND MATTRESS. NEVER HAD THAT MUCH HELP PICKING A MATTRRESS. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. SHE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED. BEST SALESPERSON WE EVER HAD.

Amanda Reuben was awesome to work with. I had two specific pieces in mind when I went into the showroom.
She gave me time to walk around and look. I left with no luck. A little while later she called me to check out a couple R&F online pieces. They were perfect and exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond. I am so thankful!

The delivery of our new sectional arrived on time and in perfect condition. The delivery crew were great, and assembled our couch within minutes. We are forever Raymour & Flanigan customers!!!

I was helped by your associate, Amanda and she assisted me with finding a kitchen set and end tables. She was very friendly, not pushy and understood my needs.

Just moved my mom and Sandy Dolan from Raymour Flannigan outlet was there for our family every step of the way. From shopping an entire apartment's worth of furniture, to long distance payment process, to arranging last minute order changes and delivery, Sandy is a rock star. She came along side our family and stayed in touch throughout. She gives all her years of expertise to her customers, we all can have a friend who is in the furniture business.

I love this store. I have made many purchases in the past. Always a good product, fair price, and fast delivery. Will be back next time I need a piece of furniture.

The sales representative was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful would definitely recommend her.

tech states nothing can be done with corners of 1 month old couch, you sink! thats what you get for 2,000!
i have been a customer of R & F for over 20 years have never received a bad product until now! very dissatisfied this is unacceptable! brings me to tears!

We visited the store on McKinley Parkway on the 6th of May. We purchased a king size mattress in April and my wife decided she preferred another. So we came and exchanged the mattress for another. Great attention was paid to size and softness. We were surprised it went so smoothly. The upgraded frame and mattress was delivered three days later. The only problem we had, our bed frame was scratched when installed the first time and we are awaiting repair of the gouge.

Hi , I visited the original raymore store on southwestern , then got directed to go to the outlet store because the first one had no couches for 500.00 ??? Go figure , I took it as they had no use for someone not looking to spend 3 grand in there store , of course everyone knows salesman work on commission , so went to the outlet at the McKinley area , the salesman was very nice and polite and customer care guys were very nice as well , so long story short I forgot I had the email fining me 30.00 off my first purchase , so I called the outlet and much to my surprise they told me it was for the other store at there prices not the outlet !!! Now mind ya my couch and foot stool both cost me with tax’s and delivered over 890.00 , to which I find it very high in my personal opinion but went with it . I am a newly widowed and I have limited funds so I did layaway ! And I did get the coupon from the outlet site as that’s where I signed up my email there . I feel like I should have gotten the 30.00 off my purchase with that coupon whether it was raymore and F store or raymore and F outlet !! It’s still the same store either way !!! Besides the foot stool is over priced any way. But I took the items anyway and will continue to pay on them till paid off .

Sandra was great-- she was helpful but not overbearing. Online customer service was also great when I started to get nervous about my choice in furniture.
