Bought my 3rd & LAST sectional from Raymour & Flanigan. When it was delivered on 7/24 and unwrapped, we realized it was way too big for the room and wasnt crazy about the ottoman that was part of the set. It looked nothing like it did in the showroom. The couch cushions were 2x as thick as the one on display and the ottoman just didnt look right in our house. We went back to the store the next morning as soon as they opened to see if we could exchange at LEAST the ottoman and was told we couldnt! Not only had it been in our possession for only 10 hours! we hadnt even sat on it yet!I will NEVER buy anything ever again from @raymourflanigan and will let everyone know about this!

2 chairs/loveseat and 2 broken motors in less than 2 years
I purchased a recliner 1 1/2 Years ago with a warranty. The motor is broke. The repair man checked while in my home to verify the part is available. Now they say it's not. They want to replace the chair at a cost tom of over 200.00 and I loose my 5 year warranty that I purchased. This is the second time I purchased a chair/love seat that broke. My 90 year old mom was stuck in the love seat and couldn't get out! now, mu 86 year old husband was stuck in the chair. I will never buy from them again. Very disappointed in R&F

Great experience
The representatives I dealt with, were very easy to deal with. They were very helpful. They pulled up my previous orders and matched me with exactly what I was looking for and I was literally in and out in 25 minutes.

Excellent service, amazing furniture at an incredible price.
I was greeted by a handsome young fellow by the name of Jared (already a great start as we share the same name) I was just looking but he helped me furnish my whole apartment at a steal! That young man deserves a raise! Excellent service, amazing furniture at an incredible price. Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. Thanks again Raymour and Flanigan, I highly recommend the kinnelon showroom on Route 23 if you are shopping there

Great Experience
. Mohammed was extremely nice and patient with us as we made our decision. He even moved the couches around so we could visualize what it would look like without the arm section.
