Eva’s the best!
Eva, she was the best. She kept our “qualifiers” in mind and helped us find the best fit for our needs. She was personal, not overbearing & very knowledgeable. Eva is an asset to Raymond & Flanigan.

The worst store ever
The worst store ever, till now whatever I have purchased, I only had bad experience from mattress to couch. Recently I went to the Nassau Park Outlet and ordered a Rug, the sales person told me that the Rug will be sent free of cost to my home address within a week, it's been 3 weeks now and I have not received it yet, now when I am calling them they are saying it has to picked up from store. If the salesperson is not aware of the policies they should not be commiting anything. I would have picked up from store that day itself. This is my last purchase from this store

Efficient and Easy
Made a selection on a sofa and was out of the store in less than an hour. The saleswoman was very helpful and informative. She clearly explained the fabrics and color options as well as the accessories available.
